Young sirro

When is young sirro going to start showing the form .touted as one of the next big things ,but so far I really can't see how he even holds down a starting spot ,even in a weakened squad .run some lines buddy .make some big hits …

I reckon his defence has been ok
He seems to be a magnet for dodgy or mistimed passes which has not helped his game.
But yeah, hopefully he can turn it around and silence the doubters

considering hes a 5/8 it will take some time to get used to the backrow

I thought he had his best game in a well beaten side last start. I would expect another step-up today. The last few games he has played we haven't had our fair share of the ball and its hard for an attacking forward to shine without the ball.

I thought he had his best game last week as well..only missed 5 tackles I think.
His always been an average player but because of his name was rushed into 1st grade.
Potter doesn't want to upset his father so just like Lawrence Anasta and Blair he will be a regular no matter what.
I am happy for Sirro and Potter to prove me wrong but I don't think his anything special.
I have seen Noffa Teddy Brooks and Moses win us games at NRL NYC and NSW cup but Sirro no…can't remember that game.

The joke on here is those who clearly know nothing of football - I think everyone knows Irvine is a nutter and has lost the plot and GNR 4 Life has opinions that rival Phil Rothfields farts for quality of opinion

Siro gets better and better and has been playing well despite being in first 10 games in the backrow in NRL and in rugby league in general after having been a 5/8 most of his career and oh returning from injury just a few weeks ago

Despite being in the backrow where he has little experience he has only missed 2 tackles in the last 3 weeks despite us getting flogged in 2 of those games, has made good meters running hard lines and has shown great potential including a try today

You rate him as a footballer thats fine, i don't even mind if you think i have no idea for thinking you're wrong. The problem i have is when people try and turn it into a Wests v Balmain thing and tell you you have an agenda for not rating someone. I couldn't care less about names or backgrounds. If i did, i wouldn't rate guys like Brooks, Moses or Woods either. They're the future of this club, and what area do they come from again?

Ur so pathetically transparent its not funny….but keep deathriding a great young kid cos of his name u clown while I will be cheering him on.

Like I was today!!

Mate, drop it
He copped a plastering yesterday and he is back at it today.
I wouldn't bother

Lets just cherish the win instead

He needs to play less minutes. Did he play 80 again?

That's a problem with playing 3 props on the bench- you can't cover someone in the backrow. Sue, gavet, taupau, Ava all defend in the middle. The only other option I can think of is Blair to play 80 with a few minutes on the edge while Siro rests.

I think it's best for him to play 60odd minutes. He's an amazing player.

He was good last week and even better this week. It has taken him a while to find his feet after missing half the season, but what I like is he is working hard and getting into the hard stuff. Its got to be remembered this is his first year in the pigs. He will be a top quality forward in a few years
