I spent all of 20 minutes on mine based purely on player gains & losses...got last years ladder, then who i thought recruited well 🔼...who not so well,🔽 and some pretty much here nor there...dogs got 2 spots higher, other climbers Bris, NZ, Roosters, Souths, Manly Dragons and us
 
I think there will be a real shakeup this season. Penrith and Broncos will be top 4. I see the Storm sliding, I think Souths will struggle.

I did a similar exercise in 22 the year the Cowboys and Sharks made top 4 and we got the spoon.
I had the Sharks at 9th, Dragons at 8th us at 11th, Raiders at 14th and the Cowboys stone motherless last.
 
Going off the ink system if I apply the net gains to net losses of the finishing positions of each team I get

Panthers -2 (Leinu, Critchton
Broncos -3 (Fleggler, Farnworth, Capwell)
Storm = (No significant roster change)
Warriors +3 (RTS, Capwell, CHT)
Knights +1 (Brailey, Kia Perce Paul)
Sharks -2 (Moylan, Graham)
Roosters +1 (Leinu)
Raiders -2 (Whiton, Crocker)
Rabbitohs +2 (Whiton, Keppie)
Eels = (No significant roster change)
Cowboys = (No significant roster change)
Sea Eagles +1 (Brooks)
Dolphins +2 (Farnworth, Fleggler)
Titans +1 (Des Hasler)
Bulldogs +2 (Crichton, Xerri)
Dragons +1 (Leilua)
Tigers -1 (Brooks)
