I tell myself not to do this every year, but I do. I'm quite interesting to know how everyone sees the rest of the season playing out.

Here's my final ladder:

7th and thats with us winning out last 3 matches too…. ouch!
For and against is going to be hugely important.
Can't afford to let any of our games blow out against us.

Was interesting to see what each team have remaining. The Top 4 will have games against each other which will dictate who gets the minor premiership.

This is going to be one hell of a ride for the last 12 clubs in contention.

By hook or by crook we need to snare at least 6th place. I think teams in pos 7 or 8 will be cannon fodder for teams 1 and 2 and get knocked out in the first round of the semis. As NZ Tiger said, for and against will be critical.
 
I have only made each team win by 2 points and largely rely on existing For and Against Ratio

My Predictions have the Tigers loosing against Manly, Dragons and Penrith.

1 - Dragons 43
2 - Storm 42
3 - Manly 42
4 - Broncos 40
5 - Cowboys 32
6 - Warriors 30
7 - Knights 30
8 - Tigers 28
9 - Panthers 28

Bottom line is I think we are highly likely to miss the semi's again in 2011…
 
Not using the ladder thingy but I have us finishing 6th we win our last 4 drop our next 2 finish on 30 points I only have the warriors winning 2 of their last 6 panthers winning 2 of their last 6 and the knights winning 3 of their last 6 if the cowboys can have a form slump we may jag 5th but we have a very soft run home if we can jag a win over manly or dragons that would be a bonus

I had the same as yours but we could perhaps sneak ahead of the Knights, a lot comes down to the Panthers game. If we can beat them at home at that stage of the season it will be a great win, and the team will need that sort of boost to faced either Storm or Dragons in the 1st finals game…
 
I have completed a hypothetical table:
- Every game goes by current form (more or less) and is scored 1 - 0 (so that it remains based on current F/A)

- **Except** for Tigers games - we win every game (i know it is unlikely, i just wanted to see 'what if')

1 - Storm - 46
2 - Sea Eagles - 40
3 - Dragons - 39
4 - Cowboys - 38
5 - Broncos - 38
6 - Wests Tigers - 34
7 - Warriors - 30
8 - Knights - 28

For the table above I predicted the Warriors to lose 3 of their remaining matches. If they only lose 2 and we lose even 1 of our 6 remaining games then we won't get that coveted 6th spot (based on current F/A).

ERGO - if we make the top 8 we are extremely likely to come 7th or 8th. Reality sucks

I found the bulldogs the hardest team to pick and also I think the Knights have a lot more potential than us as I also had them loosing to Bulldogs (A) , Warriors (A) and Broncos (H) … which are all winnable games.

that was with every game being won by 6 points. knights have an easier run home compared to us so they may finish with a better for and against

I think we'll beat Penrith, and push Manly and the Dragons…

Dragons is our home-game isn't it? I think that game in winnable.

U have brisbane winning there last 6? And cowboys only winning 2 of their last 6?

can't see us getting through that. In reality, unless they really stand up over the next 6 weeks, which ever teams finish 6-8 will just make up the numbers, it really is a race in 5 at the moment. I can see the Warriors doing some damage (maybe a win in week 1), but not really challenge for the title.

yep thats wat i had. though with the unpredictability of not only the tigers but the nrl in general, i wouldnt be surprised if we win one of the next 3 and lose one of the last 3

This is the NRL we can definetly win those 3 games but it works both ways. We are definetly no certainty to beat parramatta, gold coast or cronulla.

I think the Panthers will just get the knights at the finish line. I reckon Manly may have peeked to early and will drop a couple of games towards the end of the season. BTW I think Benji will get the Dally M, with the injury to Thurston, Marshall will make up a whole lot of ground.
 
If we make the semis i think we would better off playing either saints or manly as those games will be at Olympic Park and SFS respectively - no home advantage for Sydney teams - if we hit storm, broncos we will have to play in Melb or Bris - both a huge ask.
