Im trying to compile a few quotes to help bring a bit attention to the frustrations of Wests Tigers supporters.

Instead of help i get nothing but s***.

You are right.

I have never seen as much whingeing on this forum as of now. It never stops. I for one am sick of it!!!

Rumours from the dopey internet get taken as the truth and completely ignores the club itself.

We are rebuilding after 10 years of mismanagement. This will take longer than 6 months. If after a couple of years and nothing has changed, then you can whinge all you like. Until then please give it a rest.

My mother used to say " if you can't say anything nice about someone, then say nothing".

Yet you keep coming back eh col….you keep reading all the whinging, garbage, gossip, lies, misinformation and general ignorance...you incessently whinge about it non stop....you obviously ignored your mamma, shed be disappointed in you

I agree too many whingeing people not enough problem solvers.

There's no denying we're one of the most poorly run clubs in the competition, the JV has arguably been a failure. I know you can argue we've won a premiership, but 3 finals appearances in 15 seasons is pitiful. Add the off field rubbish of the incompetent board, one half of the JV almost down the gurgler, and both sets of supporters at each others throats, you'd be up against it convincing outsiders that this JV has been a success.

I don't buy, nor support the relocation business though. As incompetent as we are, we've made our sacrifice by giving up the club we supported before the JV. If relocation is needed, it should be another team. I'm pretty sure that that was apart of the terms when the JV formed, that by joining forces we'd be exempt from any future relocation.

I just don't get it sorry , so people supported the club when it was doing the wrong thing by the club and its fans , but now when they are finally taking ownership of all the problems and trying to fix them the right way people are angry

the only way we are "stretching the cap" would be if we are front loading the contracts of younger players like teddy/brooks/moses. we let austin, blair, thompson, fulton and koro off the cap this year and replaced them with rookies who shouldn't be anywhere near the net worth of experienced players.

Also Patterson, BMM, Anasta and I think there is another one to, so where is all the cap space gone.

We agree (apart from the internet )which is extremely unusual

So either your right for the first time or your wrong again 😱pen_mouth:

Massive change takes time Patience is required

You've all waited 15 years for us to start heading in the right direction , what's another year if required going to hurt

I think what he is trying to say is it has been 10 years of mismanagement and its only been about 6months of restructuring and rebuilding that's just this year, because really the rebuilding started when potter was coaching that was last year or 2 but then the club got rid of him, so when JT was hired the rebuild kind of had to start again that's was about 6months does that sound right or maybe im wrong.

I reckon the first grade team will be better next year than they are this year, i'm not saying they will win the premiership next year but they will be better and probably the following year, but everything has to stay similar like the coach and the halves, fullback ex. because if they going to chop and change the team and the coach they will be going back to square one, because the rookies from last year and this year will start to become seasoned nrl players and more experienced, because you cant be getting any crapper if your playing more nrl games each week, you learn something new everytime you play- experience brings confidence, and some players may also start to fill out a bit more physically which may help certain players, I think some people have to be a bit more patient which a lot aren't.

Yeah, but that is just natural progression CT.

So where is the improvement of the individual? For mine, that and the general lack of playing to our squads strengths has been the biggest disappointment this year. Thought that many of the players improved under Potter, particularly last year before a mounting injury toll became chronic, and of course the few players led by the the most powerful one that ultimately destroyed our year.

Hearing the coach talk about mediocre training prior to the Manly game, having not addressed the issue, made this already somewhat disillusioned supporter angry.

Its the borderline fans, the new fans, the young fans, they are the ones who the board need to worry about.

^^This is exactly where we need to be focused if we want to go forward ^^

Preaching to the converted is a waste of resources. Listen to there thoughts, but dont get too caught up in selling them the future.

1\. We need to operate within our revenue forecasts to build a solid foundation to allow our structure to stand tall. Spending beyond our means only creates problems for tomorrow. We MUST attract a CEO who can grow our revenue streams into the $30M-$35M category.

2\. We need to drop the Sydney Centric Strategy and start thinking like a NATIONAL Franchise. Its a big place Australia; Asia; Southern Hemisphere. Taking the team to the people through game allocations will grow awareness; memberships & potential sponsors.

3\. We need to start focusing on Tomorrows Customer. They are the future!

The horse has bolted they are not concerned about Strategy's for demographic /revenue/tommorows customers If this was the case why hasn't it been done before ..to be honest the club is dying on the vine and none one gives a toss been happening for years!

hes not that bad of a coach is he?

Even the critics on here can't agree with what's wrong.

Or, in magpiecol's case, nothing's wrong at all.

It show's we're really screwed.

He's not doing that bad of coaching job but he could do better, he has to let Mitchell Moses play his own game a bit more, sometimes its good to teach him how to be structured for the team but then sometimes its good to let him play with his instincts and what's in front of him, sometimes there has to be a balance, not too much structured and not too much of freestyle football, a good balance of structured and instincts play is like Jonathan Thurston he can pull off big plays with minimal errors, too much of instinct or unstructed football is like Benji Marshall he can pull of the big plays but with a high error rate that's why he didn't do that well at international level against the aussies unlike Shaun Johnson he goes alright, Mitchell Moses sometimes looks a bit caged in when he plays I think you got to let the lion run loose for a bit to do his thing then put back in the cage after to play structured football again every once in a while.
