IF Benji is picked today after the horrific D reads...the absolutely shocking arm grab for the roosters sec try...and the absolute non attempt on Morris...then basically Madge's mantras have been worth nothing.

Madge said clearly when he dropped guys earlier they had to play D or go...

So, we will find out in an hour whether that still stands.

If he names this weeks team based off last weeks defensive effort we won't have enough players to fill the gameday squad lol... they were all bludgers

There seems to have been a massive change in Madge's style this year, from working them hard, emphasising defence and demanding effort, to now let's play at training, make it fun, easy going.

Imo, enough of the easy-going kum-ba-yah rubbish, demand results, and if they're rubbish drop then. Bring in a kid who is brand new, give them a go. Thanks Benji, but bye bye, bring in Madden. Or Walters again. Or anyone else really.

While ever the Tigers still think they’re a chance of making finals I don’t think they’ll play Madden. That leaves 2 of Benji, Reynolds and Brooks to choose from, unless Madge plays AD or Mbye in the halves. Issue with AD/Mbye is I assume they haven’t trained on the halves all year.

I think for Madge it’s a case of damned if you do damned if you don’t. Drop Benji and then there’ll be criticism about lack of stability to form combinations. Keep the same halves then there is no accountability for poor performance.

Why are we persisting with Benji! He’s a disgrace. Forget what he did 10 years ago, he’s not the same player! Arm grabbing at its absolute finest! Doesn’t contribute to anything on field! And Mbye will never get dropped under Madge by the looks of it. Deadset the worst CAPTAIN I have ever seen! Rubbish defender as well

I'll bet Madge will go with (a) and have pretty much the same old...unfortunately..
