Along with Laurie he has been our best player. If they want to try something different in the halves Brooks is the one you move, not Doueihi.

Yeah true. Player managers always do seem to fall into the mix. It just seems to happen more at our club, even though player managers are shared amongst nearly all teams. Then again maybe players have more to complain about at our club.

AD has been solid in attack but his defense is terrible, he arm grabs and is lazy on the run back/chase. He is getting found out. His lateral defense reads are poor. He isn’t hungry in defense.

I think Madge had to do something but shifting Doueihi to centre in order to accommodate Mbye is ludicrous. He should make the call and shift Mbye to reggies, Madge is grasping at straws now.

I gotta say , moving AD is a head scratcher . He’s poor defensively, sure , but that would make him like 80% of the halves to ever play first grade. I would have tried to shore up around him , like moving Luci to the bench , or using a back rower on the bench , to spell him .

So stick in the centres where defence is even more important?
