Your side to take on the Raiders

Groat had a bad game but I wouldnt drop him. He was tired and made some critical misses, but dropping him doesnt do him/us any good in the longer run. He just needs to be used off the bench.

I'd like to see the Farah Wheelbara' given a short break and do less defensive work. He needs to be zippier out of dummy half. He looks like a bit of a geriatric at times during games - no doubt groin-related.

1\. Humble
2\. Ryan
3\. Ayshford
4\. Lawrence
5\. Tuquiri/Reddy
6\. Marshall
7\. Moltzen (needs to run at tired forwards in the line later in the game)
8\. Woods
9\. Farah
10\. Bell
11\. Ellis
12\. Blair
13\. Heighington

14\. Fulton
15\. Scroat
16\. BMM
17\. Moors

18\. Simona/Chisholm/Miller/Politini (someone who can make some quick darts out of dummy half as the big raiders forwards tire)

I like Beau, but between him, Reddy, Ayshford and Utai we lack explosive pace in the backline.

If Heignington goes to the bench , he has to be replaced with someone who can make dominant tackles against props running up the middle of the field , Ayshford or Fulton are not the anwers to that , Ellis or Blair must shift to Lock .

1 Humble
2 Tuquiri
3 Ayshford
4 Lawrewnce
5 B Ryan

6 Marshall
7 Moltzen

8 Bell or Moors
9 Farah
10 Woods
11 Fulton ( Fulton is an edge Player , pointless playing him at lock)
12 Blair
13 Ellis ( Ellis will stiffen up the middle)

14 Groat ( Groat is struggling , and getting caught out in defence , cost WTs bif time against saints…)
15 Bell or Moors
16 BMM
17 Reddy

1\. Humble
2\. Lote / Grant
3\. Reddy

14\. Ayshford
15\. Bell
16\. BMM
17\. Groat/Moors.
18\. Chisolm

This is under the impression that Humble is injured as has been suggested and that Lote will be fit to play. I'd move Blair to the front row so he can become a bit more involved and step up to lead the pack while we're without big Keithy.

If Farah is out then I imagine they'll pick Politoni and he'll share the dummy half role with Fulton.
Junior Moors went well for the State Cup side last Saturday and has to be included.
And I agree with Reddy to fullback.
John Grant is a roughie for the wing … mainly cos I'd love to see him and that new Raiders winger flying high for the same pill - they both get so high they'd need oxygen.

No nine,no seven and no one, the spine is broken. we are in all sorts of bother. We will be lucky to have any attack next Monday. Will be interesting who Sheens names in the key positions. It's going to take a massive effort to get the points

Cant believe so many have given Ayshford the flick… It was only last week he made 4 tackle breaks and got alot of meters.

At the moment we are going sideways too early and this is cramping our outside back. Once we fix our go forward, I think we will see an improvement across the whole team.

I have moved him to lock to give the forwards a bit more flair, and to add a bit of pace to the backline .
I love Rhino but he just isnt making any impact when starting and i believe a stint on the bench may help him when injected into the game .
Young Simona didnt do much wrong when he was given a chance last time so he may fit in.
Groat will not be a starting prop for a while is my guess now that saints exposed his weaknesses to all and sundry.
Asyh has looked a little flat so far this year ,is it the bulk that has flattened him ?

In lieu of Farahs upcoming suspension:

1\. Humble
2\. Tuqiri
3\. Ayshford
4\. Lawrence (Captain)
5\. Ryan
6\. Marshall
7\. Moltzen
8\. Woods
9\. Fulton
10\. Bell
11\. Blair
12\. Ellis
13\. Heighno

14\. BMM
15\. Moors
16\. Groat
17\. Reddy

….That is still a good side, and it should dispatch the Raiders by 12-18

Give Lawrence the captaincy - keep the additional pressure off Marshall.

Honestly speaking - tell me that isn't still a decent team - I dare you.

Honestly speaking that is not a decent team.

Moltzen - hopeless, Ayshford - out of form, Heino - ditto, Moors - not up to first grade. Tuqiri - not fit.

How is that?

I have two words for rebuttle.

"Bounce Back"

Worked for the Dragons against us. Sheens will light a fire. Way too early to start messing up what was being put together over the summer.

I think your on the money UD Sheens said his players need some soulsearching , so in the past that means they all have another chance to atone .
I dont care who plays because i think we will beat the raiders regardless.

I hope we don't pick Fulton at hooker!

That was the only one I was skeptical on.

Spose it would be now or never for Politini, however as someone already pointed out he's apparently not really an 80 minute player, where Fulton would be at hooker.

Hmm, it's not an easy one, and will make for an interesting 5:00pm tuesday afternoon.

I suspect Politini will be named somewhere if Farah is out. Whether that is from the bench or number 9 will come down the whim of Mr Sheens…

Being able to run a footy and tackle for 80 minutes doesnt come close to playing Hooker for 80 min. The amount of 'Brain' work and extra 'Kms' required would be approx double the workload.

No Farah means 2 Hooking Options will be required for Monday night and this alone changes the complex of our Bench rotation…

I just hope Sheens gives Meaney another chance on the bench for the full 80 mins again,I mean it's not if the poor guy did anything wrong..
