Your team v dragoons

The first 3-4 weeks I'd suggest the only changes will be forced changes.

Moses - 1-2 weeks suspended [??], so Taylor has already shown he is happy to use Drinkwater in the Halves
Rowdy to return - Kyle was good and could move to bench if Ava is out, or maybe Taylor would prefer to use a specialist Centre with the whole week as preparation?

Personally, I dont think we can have Santi and Halatau in the same 17?

Moses is off as long as he takes the early guilty plea just been on tigers website. In that case no changes from the team for this other then Lawrence coming back in for Lovett and Taupau t start at lock , Dene off the bench

Moses not charged …WOW free to play :master:

Well, that'll do me! Unbelievable. I'm very happy, don't get me wrong, but am absolutely amazed that he wasn't even charged.

He was charged with a Grade 2 Careless High tackle which carries 125 points or 93 with an early guilty plea…if he takes it he will need to watch himself for 2 years...

Yeah, thanks Geo. I went over to the WestsTigers site and saw that grading as well. Makes sense that he was charged with at least that grade. So, I wouldn't be expecting any changes bar the inclusion of Lawrence at the expense of Lovett.

Perfectly placed for a 2/2 start. Dragons have been pounding the Storms line for 40 minutes and the Storm haven't even broken a sweat.

I'd go a starting backrow of Sirro 11, Taupau 12 and Santi 13\. That's looking like our strongest after round 1\. Give them the most minutes.
Sue can do the role of an impact forward from the bench.

The pack looks so much stronger with this backrow

1\. Tedesco
2\. Naiqama
3\. Simona
4\. Lawrence
5\. Richards
6\. Moses
7\. Brooks
8\. Woods
9\. Farah
10\. Galloway
11\. Sironen
12\. Taupau
13\. Sue

14\. Halatau
15\. Seumanufagai
16\. Lodge
17\. Santi
18\. Lovett

Tapau would be lethal at centre but I would run with the same side as last week.

should be 125pts, 100 with early plea i reckon.

really does not deserve to play this week, but im happy anyway. :supporter:

any chance he can appeal for a higher grading?

theres more to a game than attack, he would get caught out in attack.

pretty easy to play a 2nd rower, even aprop if you like, out in the centres in attack. if the team wanted to play him out wide and he ran a nice line id fancy his chances 1 on 1\. hell even 5 on 1 id back him 5m out

I'm still of the belief if we have Halatau in the side to give Robbie a break I'd rather Cherrington in the 17

I agree with you happy , he offers more creativity and sharpness around the ruck.

I know where you guys are coming from but I feel we can't afford to have another rookie out there making important decisions. Halatau, even though he is past his best is still a level head for the younger blokes out there with a heap of experience. It's all about balance in the side.

Agree that Cherrington is the better DH, however it is only 10 minutes and Halatau offers a bit more coverage and he will perform other roles as well as his 10 minute stint at DH. CHerrington doesnt offer the other roles.

JT made special mention of Halatau as one of the 5 leaders of the team. I can't see him being dropped anytime soon.
