9\. Farah
10\. Galloway
11\. Fulton
12\. Ellis
13\. Heighington

14\. Utai
15\. Payten ( or Achurch if want to try new blood however I think Sheens will perservere with Todd)
16\. Groat
17\. Woods

I love having payten in the team.. Despite th fact he does appear broken ATM.. The reason we create much of the space out wide is because of payten keeping th attack direct, he goes to the line and has a very good pass on him out the back to Benji.
Tigers use a lot of tip on plays in the forwards which gets opposition defense condensing in the middle, but when payten passes out the back (using the lead forward as an option runner), it creates space for that left edge.
Love having toddy in the team and think our attack is more sharp as a result

1.Moltzen (Thought he had his best game at fullback & deserves his place at the back)
2.Tuqiri
3.Ayshford
4.Brown
5.Ryan
6.Marshall
7.Lui
8.Galloway
9.Farah
10.Gibbbs
11.Fulton
12.Ellis
13.Heighnington

I might get blasted for my bench but i think this would work.
14.McKinnon ( i think his cameos are working at the back end of the game.He is our best support player)
15.Utai (to come on for Heighnington at the back end of the 1st 1/2 & start of 2nd 1/2)
16.Woods
17.Groat (I would use him for 1 more game.Payton for the last 2 & Fifita for the final series)

Mate, Payten did not touch the ball once on Friday night. Not once.

Still the reason sheens picks him, and the reason I like him in the team, Blair will play the same role, fantastic!

My team:

1\. McKinnon
2\. Tuqiri
3\. Ayshford
4\. Brown
5\. Ryan
6\. Marshall
7\. Lui

13\. Heighington
12\. Ellis
11\. Fulton
10\. Galloway
9\. Farah
8\. Gibbs

14\. Utai
15\. Groat
16\. Woods
17\. Payten (short of a gallop, will get better with match fitness.)

I know Moltzen played well last week, but one swallow does not make a summer. McKinnon is still the best fullback we have. Sheens will most likely bring in Tuqiri and shift Ryan to the right hand side and they will be the only changes.

1\. Moltzen

14 Groat
15 MacKinnon
16 Woods
17 Begovich

I think now is the perfect time to blood Begovich The MacKinnon on the bench idea is really growing on me Thinks Sheens will leave Utai and play Ryan off bench though

I don't see much reason to change things. If Tuqiri comes back I expect he'll replace Utai as, surprising though it is to find myself saying it, Beau has been going well recently while a lot of mistakes have crept into Utai's game. If that's the case I expect McKinnon to stay on the bench rather than Utai, as Moltzen can play across the back line in case of injury (wing's the only spot he doesn't cover, but if we need a winger Brown can go across with Moltzen into the centres).

In the pack I can see a case for dropping Payten and for giving Groat a rest. I'm sure Sheens knows whether Payten's coming back to fitness or just running on empty and I don't feel the need to contribute there. Groat has gone well and I think he'll be used in the finals but it might be good to give him a week off between now and then. If so maybe it would be time to give Begovich a run in the same role. Fifita clearly isn't going to play again and it seems that Moors isn't considered first grade level, so why not try the other kid?

This.

Toddy Payten to be on the bench to motivate the troops, and give Tim Sheens additional Insight into beating these clowns.

Utai to come on in the last 30 minutes with fresh legs - will be a menace around the fringes and the ruck.

Thats a pretty special bench right there…

Moltzen has been decent the last two weeks so he keeps a spot in my team.

1\. Moltzen
2\. Ryan
3\. Ayshford
4\. Brown
5\. Tuqiri
6\. Marshall
7\. Lui
8\. Gibbs
9\. Farah
10\. Galloway
11\. Fulton
12\. Ellis
13\. Heighnington

14\. Utai
15\. Woods
16\. Groat
17\. Moors

Same team as last week with Tuqiri to replace Utai who can go back to BRET and learn how to catch the ball.

We don't really need to change a winning team.

When Lawrence is back I like to see Brown at full back and Moltzen number 14.

A lot of people picking Moors in their team, but we all know Sheens won't. Very much out of favour this year, for some reason, despite pretty decent form.

Only change Tuqiri in for Utai and either McKinnon or Utai to drop back to BRET

Totally agree with the above!! Im extremely glad a lot of the posters arent picking the team. Changes for change sake is not the answer. We all agree that Payton isnt travelling well but the team has won 5 in a row so something the players in those teams brings has added. And we dont know all the facts. Id stick as close as possible with the same team but Lote must come in due to his class and Utai to the bench as we already have a fullback replacement for Moltzen in Brown is needed. Ryan covers for Brown. Utai covers for Lote and Ryan and can be used as a 20min wrecking ball up the middle if not needed in the backs.
