I like the thinking.
Instead of having the team train until the GF like last year. We let them go a month early to have plenty of time to reflect and come back ready for preseason training after Christmas! I reckon the players will be down with that.

I’m relegating Brooks, Mbye, Reynolds, Marshall, Lawrence, ET, Harry Grant, Packer, Eisenhuth etc as I dont believe any of these players will play a part in the future. They need to be let go or moved on. Even a cobbled together team we will run around the same position on the table.

We are closer to last than first. I hope we have the balls to make real change even if we run last it will turn us around quicker.
