Yes not mentioned much guess cause we won..but was exposed on at least 3 occasions against the Donks Bird's bombed TRY Oats disallowed TRY and another long break..guess his name is not Nofoaluma

i am still struggling to find a reason why we have Fonua.. apart from the fact that he looks decent with a mullet…

he made a few decent runs in the game.. but he made a lot of stupid mistakes.... imo he hasnt approved much since last year.. hopefully Madge can see this and find a good solution
 
Press conference, someone said our next 2 weeks should be easy for us to win. Now we will lose because of it
 
the next few weeks are actually going to be though, titans hardly make mistakes in game and will be looking to get a/ or another win up their belt,

Eels are on fire this year, and ferguson and moses are playing well above standard

they are both going to be tough matches
 
It’s all about our mentality and commitment. If we turn up like we did against the broncos, we win both those games. Madge will be drumming this into them…

I'm amazed he hasn't dropped the ball yet. Gets up thrashing around holding the ball with one arm between his hand and wrist after every tackle. Must work for him :neutral_face:
 
Same as last week. However, Mybe is a bit of a passenger so Thompson to FB and Nof on the wing has merit.

My biggest concern is that big Fijian winger the Slimeys have.
 
In the last set of the game when we scored, it was fonua who laid the platform and got us rolling down the other end .

Nofoaluma had similar numbers for the entire 2018 season as well as tackle breaks but not many want him in the team either
 
If he is to play on one leg it is better off for everyone if he has an operation. Looks like it's time for Dylan Smith the young reserve grade fullback.

Mybe obviously is still carrying some sort of knee injury and isn't 100% right .. he looks so tentative out there when he runs .. ??

Jennings was in lah lah land and I don't think he will pull up in time .. though we don't play till Easter Monday so he might pull through. Jennings is a big lump of a lad very handy to have in a back line.

Mikaele .. needs more minutes, overtime he ran the ball last night he made bent the Donkeys defensive back and made a quick play the ball as well. Give him more time out there to settle in and think we'll have our mongrel forward in the making .. !!

Couldn’t agree more. Check out the set that chee kam scored on. The reason we were where we were on the field is because of an early Fonua carry. That’s just one example
 
Jennings needs to go back on the wing, he played wing all last year for souths and was their leading try scorer, maybe bring in Momirovski at centre
