I see there are plenty of you guys calling for Simpkin,Cini into the side....

Most dont like Moses Mbye and thats your personal opinion that your entitled to,he should be better this week in the 14 relieving Jacob who will be burnt after 60 mins..he can cover most positions in the backline and his experience and defense will be needed against the EELs....
Madge wont put young inexperienced players up against a top side who are travelling extremely well and full of confidence..
Just my opinion but who knows what the team sheet will say this afternoon.....

I would leave the winning side as it was last week.....

Twal is a much better prop than lock. He gets through a mountain of work but he has absolutely zero to offer in attack.

I was saying this in preseason, now I m more convinced, Twal at lock is not working and never did, maybe the Hastings at lock was real

I don’t know what to do with AJ tbh but surely he can’t play any worse if he gets selected again

Saw plenty of good from Kepaoa on the weekend, so despite the obvious errors I would be persevering a little longer him in the side. He is still very young and I believe he will come good.

Haven't seen a replay on TV, but watching live I felt that Talau should not have passed nearly so early without engaging the defence and neither did Asu who was surprised by it as well. Still, he will have to make sure that he catches such if he wants to maintain his role as a winger, with his preferred centre spots already taken.

I thought LL Lucy was terrible on the weekend, our household favourite player has turned into someone that hardly has any urgency to run the ball or to get into position, so many times I yelled at the box for him to run himself instead of doing a slow sissy pass through to Talau, not only this his PTB (Play The Ball) speed was horrendous!

Regardless of this, I will still have him in the team this year.

As for everyone blasting Garner still.. you need to let go, his hits were solid and defence was good over the last 2 weeks, although I believe they aren't giving him much ball anymore because they'd rather him save his energy for defence (anyone else see this?)

AJ I would give him another chance, some solid defensive moves and I believe it was BJ's fault for running to shut down play, as the saying goes, your winger follows your centre. BUT JEEZE I was also screaming at the box with that pissy kick from an error.

Last but not least, Play the Ball speed was horrible across the team and Moses Mbye missed 2 Tries (both close to the try line where he just needed to hold the ball before placing it down)

Either way - I'd keep the same team and see how it goes.

I saw good in Kepaoa aswell, and the errors could be due to lack of fitness (if you look at our team he looks like the only one with a real gut on him?) and lack of experience

The stuff with Talau can be fixed though. He most likely just follows the structure they run through at training 1000x a week. I like him when he plays instinctive, when he thinks runs 1st pass 2nd. He’s always a good chance of beating his man 1 on 1and I think the sooner teams start to move away from this structure and play more eyes up footy, the better they will be

South’s was a good example over the weekend, latrell and walker carved up the first 30 mins and there was nothing structural about it. Just instinctive footy

Can't believe some of you want Mbye at centre. Did you watch any games last year? Did you see the bombed try in last weeks game. I truly hope Madge has moved past him as an option there. I get for most its more about replacing Kepoa, but that would be one step forward two steps back. He'll stick with Kepoa imo.
