Definately not satisfied as we lost too many times against teams that we should have beaten .Defence is still our main issue with organisation in attack a close 2nd.Benji has one more year to get it right but he has to have the right assistants and NOT just recycled team mates or white ants.
Unless we have a massive injury toll next year we have to make the 8.

Happy to see ongoing improvement but cant be satisfied to end up in the bottom five. Instead of a spoon do we get a participation award and a set of free steak knives?
Can we go into next season with the quote ringing in our ears from the Demtel man, but wait there's more, maybe there's hope for us yet 😁.

Needed to be in the finals race until late in the season to at least even be considered to have been successful, so no.

As for those that considered us to be a chance through ridiculous mathematical equations, they were dreaming from the halfway mark onwards, as we were never in it.

I give Benji a bare 51% pass mark as coach, and similar for Richardson, as the Koroisau and To'a extensions, along with top 30 spots for Mason and Hope, are dubious choices at best.

I can handle all the losses we had during the year, even the close ones we perhaps should’ve won, but I can’t stomach yesterday’s loss or the loss to the Cowboys 2 weeks earlier.

After coming off good form beating Canterbury and Manly comfortably and leading like we did in both matches we should’ve won them and it’s really unforgivable that we didn’t, imo. We disrespected the opposition in those 2 matches and they smacked our arses, so we’ve no one else to blame for finishing lower on the ladder, but ourselves.

We even turned up and played well against Canberra in between, but couldn’t be bothered in the second half yesterday. We could’ve and should’ve finished the season on 28 points. I would’ve been pumped for next season if that had happened, now I’m a bit more meh about it. Though in saying all that I’m happy we avoided the bottom 4, just!

Before the season started I would have said I would be satisfied with 13th, given where we have been. But In my opinion we were clearly in the bottom 3 teams given the injury toll that Souths and Dragons have suffered.
I think after the recruitment drive we have had, to remain clearly one the 3 worst teams is disappointing. There has been some improvements but nowhere near enough to be satisfied or even confident we will see continued progression next year.

considering the roster changes we made for 2025 and comparing us to lets say Parramatta who have a weaker roster, but played with much more purpose than WT did, especially second half of the year....we can only be judged as dissapointing....Benji has alot of work to do in the off season...Our pack needs a massive overhaul...Terrel May carried the pack all year and was burnt out the last 10 games....we need another Hooker as API can't play efectively for 80 min...

I voted No as I think there were 4 or so games that we should have won.

Most recently Cowboys, titans.

We are improving though.

I voted no, while the team has drastically improved we still are mentally very weak which cost us in a few close games and finals. This is an aspect which has been poor for years and Benji still has not been able to improve

We recruited half a dozen new players that made an improvement, still a long way off the 8. Definitely need some genuine NRL standard middles to be competitive. We lacked impact and slot of the time we were let down with our forwards and halves. Doui was the shining light for our halves. Luai playing at 50% off. Still need some big signings for me to get excited in 2026. So far I don't see unless making the 8 unless new key signings occur.
