Tesi Niu

Wait,
You upgrade the back line with "Tesi Niu" when it has Oates, Farnworth, Isakko, etc. Then you still don't rate them with Reynolds at 7 and Staggs at 6 maybe?

I won't rate their first few games. 3 week in, I expect them to be scoring well and 5 weeks to have all the bugs ironed out.

I doubt their forwards except for Payne Haas. That guy is Incredible, leaves me confused why so many other forwards are talked of as Million dollar players yet I would drop 1 mil instantly to have him play here.

Will Oates even be there? I’m no expert on the Broncos but I thought he was cooked.

It's going to be a good replacement if he's better than Oates.

Oh never mind...
Saw its a list by well known idiot , Dane Clarke.

He hates the Tigers.

Clarkey.. is that bloke still alive...

I think he’s blocked most of us on socials because we bag him out… to be fair I forgot about him until this all got brought up lol.

So we have a thread about our forwards being a notable weakness. I'm surprised there has been no mention of Brooks yet from the usual crowd. The usual crowd had their boosters and have painful arms?

Not sure what Luke has to do with a pandemic,

Lol that’s a poor troll effort
😂 it may sound that way, but it’s true. An aging Benji with a focus on getting his golfing buddy over the line at the expense of a more cohesive team performance. An injury carrying MBye whose priority was avoiding tackles. A defensive one dimensional, hard working prop whose main objective was to block the middle.
We’ll see the real Brooks over the next two seasons imo.

Lol 😂 He may not be the goat, but he’s as good as most nrl sevens. WT have developed an unwanted reputation, and mostly over the last decade, of not being able to have players reach and maintain their peak performance.

Not true in Brooks case - he’s reached his peak and it’s not good enough.
Hopefully a few good players around him can make him look better.

Brooks has had a thousand chances to take control of this team .. his problem is that he is not a talker out there .. look at most #7s out there, they are talking their heads off directing players in position, or talking up the next play .. you have to be a gob-a-tron and talk your guts outs to take control of a team .. unfortunately Brooks just doesnt have it in him.

I would prefer Hastings and Doueihi. I think Hastings could be a game manager and would do a better job then Brooks. In saying this I still this we will suprise people this year with out performances.
