The drums on the field are nothing to do with the jungle. The Jungle boys have a drum to help with the chants and that is all. What is the intended result of the drummers?
Is it to excite the fans and engage them by shouting, cheering for the entire game?
Is it to intimidate the referee? (eels and bulldogs fans do it without the use of drums).
The song, eye of the Tiger is a great motivational song and music, but it has never been played for the full 80 min. of the game,
The drummers too must know when to play their drums in only some certain parts of the game and be careful to not be the dominant sound and to not interfere with the other many parts of the fans whole match experiences and feelings.
The fans want to remember that they've watched a football game but don't want to remember that theyve watched a drums playing show for 80 min.
I feel like this has been explained multiple times in this thread already
