The Gildart bashing is unfair, he was dangerous a lot. Did make some poor decisions however.

The issue is Brooks, Madge and players who don't give a toss like Nofa. Those three and Pascoe should all be let go. I'd get rid of Musgrove too

Madden should remain in the halves at a minimum. Him and Doueihi should be our long term halves with Hastings becoming a ball playing lock. 3 guys in the spine (13 is pretty much spine nowadays) who actually care about our team will be a nice change.

I wouldn't get rid of Laurie, he'll grow up.

Warriors were dreadful and we were worse, quality of the game was garbage, Harris tevita turned the ball over 3 times in last 15 mins, rubbish sides both of them. What about lodges pass late in the game, quality very low, sags it all really.

Fullback is supposed to be To’a‘s best position. If he can‘t outdo what Laurie did at the back tonight, then he should never play first grade again

For the starts of sets on their down to twelve line, yes, definitely lay that at Simpkin for not settling with a forward and then when Gildart runs half way across the field on the back of it, things were made worse still.

Sadly Madden went for a glory play with a player unmarked on his left in that period as well. Excusable, yeah, but those choices and Laurie not capitalising cost us the match.

If Brooks is in the team when Hastings come back we will lose Madden.

Toa to stay in first grade. I think he should play fullback.

Garner defended better at centre than Roberts ever has.

Imagine when Gildhart forms a combination with a winger that knows the flick I'd coming.

I know we didn't finish them off, but given the injuries, given the refs, given Laurie I thought it was ok.

Trouble with the flick is that it was very chancey, on the second tackle and forward anyhow. Apart from that can generally agree.

I don’t disagree that Simpkin was terrible, he was going for hero status. That’s what young dumb blokes do. That’s also why we should have a stern leader to kick his arse for doing this.
Brooks should have been in there screaming at him. Not only as the chief playmaker, but as the captain. He should have taken over and handled the ball every other tackle. All play should have gone through him. He was setting stuff up most of the game and then went on smoko break when the game was inevitably ours to win.

THE BIGGEST PROBLEM ATM WITH THIS TEAM IS ABSOLUTELY "IMMATURITY',THEY CANT SUSTAIN PRESSURE.BUT CRACK UNDER IT...
Madge isnt to blame for stupidity under pressure,these guys have to learn to understand what NRL pressure is and play to it week to week,thats what happens when you have a heap of youth DEVELOPING and experience going threw the motions...Although I thought Tamou finally led from the front....

He looked strong tonight and comfortable under the highball. Certainly he should be given a shot.
