I can accept that he may be lacking form as a consequence of coming back from injury but I'm not convinced he is the guy we need at fullback.

He was good last year but miles off the top fullbacks in the comp. How many spine players can we have who are miles off the top players in their positions and expect to make the finals let alone win the comp.

He looked every bit an exceptionally good fullback last year. We need to make one change to re-launch WTs and it is off-field.

He was our best last year, no question about it. And even if that doesn't mean much given the standard of the squad, if he maintained that form it atleast makes him and that position a much lesser worry, compared to the halves for example. Unfortunately, whilst never being the quickest player he definitely had a bit of zip which he seems to have completely lost this season Im assuming as a result of that injury.

That is the thing. He was great but he was far from good enough. How far off Papz is he ? How far off Latrell, Tedesco or Tommy T ? What about Ponga ? What about Reece Walsh ?

I think he is a bottom level fullback. Admittedly there are so many great fullbacks. I reckon you could pick the top 5 fullbacks and they could be the top 5 players in the comp.

I don't know about the coach. I think the coach has to change things around otherwise he has to go but I'd give him until the end of his contract. Changing the coach hasn't worked in the past.

He was better than other Penrith's FBs we could be interesting in: Edwards, Staines, or Burton!

He was demoted from NSW Cup 2 weeks ago. Let's be real on our prospects. Dillon is a mile off unless our injury crisis gets a bucket load worse.

So far this year Dillon hasn't looked close and Laurie has a large gap to all our other fullback candidates (which is really no one) atm which says alot about our squad currently even with his bad form.

Logan Dillon is a better fullback than Laurie.

bottom 6 fullback in the comp Laurie
we bought a dud, they new they had guys like tago and May in the backs coming through
we got sold a lemon that once injured conked out and his head is not in the game
we should have gone after Walsh again
