We still have a while to go in figuring out our bench and interchange options. Prop rotation is fine but the role of utility and Garner is still undecided.

As for centres, it's looking very glim. Talau, Kepaoa, Douehi and now Roberts out with Gildart dropped. Even when they do come back, it'll take them time to adjust to everything as it's not like we are getting a GI or a Mitchell back.

Imagine Garner as full time centre for rest of the year 😂 that would be fun. Not knocking him , he tries everytime and is pretty good defensively but just not fast enough for a centre.

I honestly don’t think we’re a try scoring threat on his side which is not good against a top side. Prove me wrong Luke.

Shows how poorly Gildart has been going, that even when missing so many options, a second rower is considered the better choice week on week.

Sadly, hard to see him regaining a position from here unless there are further injuries or suspension.

Butchered about 5 try scoring chances in a handful of weeks and couldn’t handle the defensive workload. I’d like to know what sort of research we did on the bloke, clearly minimal.

If he responds to RICE [rest, ice, compression and elevation] on Mon -Wed then he most likely would get a steroid injection [for pain and swelling] either Wed or Thur and physio light run Thur - Frid.

Failing all that we recommend amputation and bed rest. 😜

I think Exclusive Estate agents and Murry Kennedy Estate Agent are going to lead the way today and backing them up with some brilliant attacking displays from the Brae Group and UBW.

Yeah Peachey at 9 might be good.

All I know is disruption at 9 and out wide blunts a teams attack even more and we only looked half decent last Monday.

Let's hope for further better late changes.

I would like to see Brooks at d/h.Hastings at half and Peachey at 5/8...I reckon it could work because I think Peach has played a fair bit in the halves...
It could be an interesting scenario,but Madge knows more than I do,its just something to throw out there if we get desperate.....

Yeah it's just a bummer really. We had great energy and now disruption. Hard on offense.

Hope I'm wrong but don't want Garner out wide. @jadtiger wouldn'tprobably have him anywhere lol.

And his probably right.
 
The basics seem intact plus a new opponent means some shifts in the game plan anyway.

They still have a few underdone kids to exploit while our key players are mostly available.

The biggest thing going for the us on Monday was that we turned up mentally and every man was in the trench.
