And thats only your qualified opinion,Brooks is doing well alongside Jacko...AD has to come back fit and prove he can out play Brooks...atm I dont think AD is anything more than a fill in...these other guys are doing the work and laying a platform..AD is the forum favourite who did well in a team that was a bottom 4/5 contender....lets see if he can man up and prove he should be the so called KING everyone is wetting their pants over...
Being out for a long time and having to adapt to new structures and new players puts pressure on a bloke who is sitting on the sidelines bascking in fan favourite glory...once he gets out there and proves himself for 80 mins ,then maybe I will change my mind..
Hastings/Brooks are building a great combo ..as the great Greg Hawick who coached me once said""I want you in the side but I dont want to split a winning combination that is just getting used to each other and the way I want them to play""..
As much as I appreciate AD ,,,he has to earn the right to be in the top side...this is the mistake the WTs have made over many years ,,,NEPOTISM and fan favourites with out the hard busted games to prove their worth...This year it starts ...prove yourself or go to NSW cup and earn your selection....
I know I will get flogged by many,but I dont care,its about time things went back to earning your way instead of being spoon fed for your pay...sorry just my rant for the week...

All Bwooks needed was someone to come in and do his job for him. The job he's been excessively paid to do for quite some time.
Also, I'd say his contract needs major restructuring. He's being paid way above his worth, and should bite the bullet on a personal level to help out the rest of the squad.
If he won't take a pay cut, then PUNT HIM...

Not having a go at you because you are entitled to your opinion but tell me what other player has copped all this criticism and still turned up every week and done his best which unfortunately in the eyes of many is not good enough. Does this mean that all the people who bag him were the best of the best at what they did for work. If not how do they justify bagging someone else who is just like them.
Constantly calling for Luke Brooks head is about the only way the
"Golden Boy" will get the 6 jersey back from him.
AD has played 14/40 Games for us at 6. (Just over 1/3)
Won 5 games at 6 last year...
Won 3 games in the centres last year.
Fair chance most of the love for him - Is from his performances in positions outside the halves.
From 14 games, He's apparently streets ahead of anyone else??
Kid can play, But he's coming off an ACL and people want him back in a jersey he's barely played any NRL in..... (14 Games in 4.5 years)

Yeah..Also noticed the kick for Peachey's TRY the Pass for Gildardt's TRY but he wasn't among the 6 blokes trying to stop the blob Aloiai under the sticks..
If AD wasnt a LEBANESE product he wouldnt get the backing he is getting,hence the Demps love for him...I really like the guy but Madge is trying to build a winning culture and players to play for 80 mins,it is showing results even with a makeshift team for weeks...
AD has to prove he can out play anyone in the NRL squad atm...otherwise we go back to picking fan and admin favourites,Madge is on the right track...AD has it all to do,these other blokes have spilt blood and got beat just to prove they have heart...AD has to prove he has heart or he is another also ran...

AD will outplay Brooks every time. You only have to look at last season. Brooks isn’t even close. Sure he’s going OK this year but AD will go even better when he is back. AD has passion, leadership skills and the desire to win and be the best he can be and Brooks has none of these qualities. Brooks is a mouse by comparison. Brooks would do well at lock, letting others take the lead, playing a sweeping link role, which is really what he does now.
