I remember a game when he played with SBW, it was a highly anticipated return to the NRL game, SBW went out and threw himself at everything and got all the accolades whilst it was Crichton who was in everything, a non stop machine.
At one point SBW was absolutely gassed and Crichton as he was running passed, stopped and picked him up and ushered for him to go with him. As SBW gingerly got back into line Crichton pulled off two consecutive big hits. Leader with energy and steel. He and Papa next year, wow!

This will probably be an unpopular opinion but I don’t see any rush to go and spend on wingers. When we have Nofo and Maumalo fit they are good enough. Until we have some decent centres, anther good 2nd rower and a consistent threat at fullback, wingers aren’t going to change diddly. Look at the Dogs if you need proof.

Yep, sounds like we missed him. Disappointing, but not the end of the world as he's hardly setting the world on fire. Aitken is probably better value if we get him.

Aiken at anything above minimum wage is not any sort of value. Bloke is worse than what we currently have and we're not a top 8 team. Why do people want us to stay terrible?

Based on our current predicament of having no one who can adequately play the position when Daine is injured I'd say it's an astute signing

The Dykes possible signing sounds promising, although only a reserve grader, he plays no1 and is quick, two things we badly need

It is interesting isn’t it. I mean he’d be useful to us right now, but I wonder what the plan is when everyone is fit? I can’t imagine we’ve brought him here to just be a backup.
