Don't really know what you are talking about mate.

The difference in "this place" now versus what it was, is that a group of people lobbied Kul for less moderation, and he agreed to shake the forum up. Unfortunately, in my opinion, Kul handled that badly and basically dismissed a few long-term serving mods without warning.

I would understand if some of those mods felt disillusioned or upset, though I am not putting words in their mouths; personally I was shocked.

It is understandable also, after the "change in management" that some folks don't feel like WTF is the main place they want to be. Same as some folks live over on Discord or Facebook - each to their own.

So whatever division you are talking about, the place "going to pot" that was forced onto those old mods, it wasn't by their hand and it wasn't voted for. Let us all remember that Kul is judge jury and executioner on this forum.

I'm in The Ambush, don't know who you are personally, but there's nothing self-serving about it. It's hours and hours of volunteered time to try and engage with members and fans, to provide an alternative to the club-run game-day experiences, particularly for away matches. So yes there is an agenda - to try and bring fans together and have a good time.

Now if you've never been to an Ambush event, I'm afraid you otherwise don't know what you are talking about, and you should really think twice about going on the offensive against volunteers who are trying to help build the club fan culture.

Finally, @cochise is simply relaying a message from the Sackville, not run by or aligned with anyone in here. I don't really understand why you'd tee off about that. As others have said, it's not a competition, we are all trying our best to improve the supporter experience. For example, the guys at The Jungle - banging drums and carrying on is not my personal cup of tea, but I'll support their intent and their agenda/goal.

Don't forget agenda's aren't necessarily a bad thing, they are just one element of a project.
 
I like both forums. The other one may have less users but evidently that also means less pricks badgering you when you post something

coaches has many hidden agendas he needs to put on the table. I respected him, but he changed, and he did. with his ill take "I'll to Pascoe rubbish" - it wasn't needed, now he is an ambush puppet, promoting it with his mates to build something else. not sure if he, and his mates, were afraid to put views out then. Its been months. personally I haven't really posted much since them, but I was burnt by the lies from him and his friends. Someone on that group has to own the rubbish they started. mods and all. its pretty rubbish
