The board finally got it right. They erred after last years review. I think Sheens wasn’t here long enough last year but my granny can see we aren’t improving under Madge.

It was looking ok for some of the games this year but the last 2 games, especially both second halves, just show it has been one step forward two steps back for our squad.

People say our squad is pretty weak well that falls to Madge. Ok he inherited some of Ivan the Terrible’s squad but he has been here 4.5 years and our squad is terribly weak.

Yes we have had a bad run with injuries but again our back-ups are meh. The Roosters made the finals last year with plenty of rep players out but their back-ups came in and played their role - just like they all knew their job. Now look at our squad - it’s like they never met each other before.

Madge is a good bloke but that doesn’t cut it as a first grade NRL coach.

I don't really buy into the players will leave circus... Madge is unlikely to secure another head coach position for a while, so where would they follow him to?

Both seem like very loyal players to the club, Hastings was given a shot and with his past, doubt he leaves here on bad terms. Adam is very clearly the next captain of the club and being a Tigers fan himself, unlikely he throws away that opportunity. They would be disappointed but are easily the two most professional players we have.

  • covid completely cuts them off from family and society
  • Players leaving mid season
  • Coach leaves mid season
  • no telling when you’ll be allowed to go home and live there full time
In all seriousness imagine not seeing your kids, family and friends for 2 years, that would be bloody soul crushing (I’m aware it’s possible some of them went home in the off season)

I truly feel sympathy for them all and hope they find success in the future, (Just not when tho they play us at home in July)

They deserve an entire season at home. They won‘t get one though
 
Jackson Hastings , where will his heart lie , Tigers or Madge , he will be our leader if he re signs or will he go due to Madge getting the flick , and join another club up the ladder who wants him for similar or less money , new coach needs to be found yesterday not in 2 months , he needs to be re signed regardless of who may come in , if he goes we loose big time , he is a solid player who puts in , get it done asap. The rest can happen over next couple months but Tigers need to get on the front foot now , we also need to be able to change how this club is run, it needs members to vote for the footy club board , this way we piss off the crap that is currently on this board ,they Are rubbish
