Thanks mate, I have had a lot to sort through, even making sure my dad is alright after finding mum a care facility, centrelink, bank accounts, super funds, doctors, physios, becoming power of attorney for both mum and dad the list was endless, hopefully now I can get some clear air

Club still entertaining looking at Siro for a couple years, nothing else happening on the recruitment front. Ciraldo probably ends up getting Burton, Doueihi will play 13. Getting his body right for a Sheenius style pack.

Pele still weighing up our offer (Cronulla), and would IMO be the perfect project player to contrast Twal/Seyfarth.

We desperately need some impact 2nd rowers, hoping that Blore will turn out to be that for the club

Still no news out of the Sharks about Pele, Dykes or Nikora re-signing. Does anyone have an update? Unfortunately Jess Colquhoun re-signed with the Sharks. He is an Illawarra junior and is in their top squad next year. I think he will be the next big hit at the Sharks, an 80 min prop.

Young Shark signs on for 2023-24

Young Sharks forward Jesse Colquhoun has signed a two-year contract, one which will see him elevated into Cronulla’s top 30 in 2023

This is where we need to get to Paws. Where these young up and comers are just happy to hang around at their junior club waiting for an opportunity.
That’s real depth of squad and we haven’t had that I’d say ever. Not even whilst Sheens was here.
Even so, we’d have these young guys on the peripheral leave to join stronger squads where they had to start further down the pack.

I don’t think we have many of them as backrowers. Prehaps Seyfarth but he is more suited to the middle. If Tamou was replaced with Tapine or Thompson and we added say, Angus Crichton as a starter, then that’s the right mixture.

Toa imo is a winger. Kepaoa is a centre. Nofoaluma has given good service and I would be hesitant not to include him in the backline.
