If Ciraldo signs on for 5 years, I'm pretty sure there will be performance and contract clauses for 2,3 and 5 years.

Morris is the coach we need, he understands our club and has proven he can take on the pressure.

He must be considered for sure.

Tim is like Madge, trying do to his best, but he’s got years of rubbish to unravel, and if we do like him, let’s not heap the expectations on him too much. He hasn’t promised anything and he’s right to keep his cool.

The majority of people on this forum were over the moon with Sheen’s appointment . They saw him as the person who would steer the club in the right directions. He has been praised for some recent recruitments and he has been praised for the pathways system.

Now he has done a review and decided the way forward is without Madge people are upset. We don’t know what was uncovered in the review, but what we do know is Sheens wants a successful club and he thinks we need to move away from Madge ..and Iam willing to back him 100%

Do I want a coach a Team that the Ref's clearly hate and will not even get a fair share of calls..
I know we need to be better but its got to the point now where it's not even worth watching the game as it so bad the officiating opponent fans even say so..
All I want in the new coach is to stick up for the players / fans to these sub par refs like top coaches do ..

So one game in, and the difference was enormous !!!!!!!!!!!
I mean, madge is gone and we absolutely don't see the team playing the exact, identical, carbon copy, clone of the same way we have played for the last X seasons under madge. The difference is huge, and frankly anyone that can't see the immediate difference is a Madge loving fool..
Actually, I err. We have now discovered a new way of getting penalised by stripping the ball at the wrong time.
Massive difference, and what a breath of fresh air that the Madge playing style is finally gone.
