Wests Tigers Coaches

I'm sorry but I was only mucking around cos I was a little bored and could tell you were up for further discussions.
So I'll let you be on your merry way but I honestly cannot go around in circles about this club. It's organisational culture. Goals. Lee. Madge.
Thanks for your engagement, I guess. You're a good sport but this team ain't getting no more energy from me today.
I’ll disagree with you all day, but I’ll take a bullet for your right to self expression.

Why is he the very best candidate?
Find my post up about it. The basic tenet is that he’s in thick of Panther success-right here and now, Panther success is beyond our imagination.

You don’t want a Barrett or Brown to do?

No, you go for skill and excellence like me.

When is Adam Elliot signing?
You said it was a sure thing , didn't u ? 😂
It was until Ricky got hold of him!

Adam said that at a later interview.

I stand by my sources.

Last week I revealed here, live and exclusive to my new friends here that he was off to Newcastle next year. That was a least a day or two before the mainstream media.

A westigersforum world exclusive and I get effing nailed for it.

Ffs I need counselling from Buzz!

Adam is a good bloke away from the grog and crap. My tip is also that he will marry the beautiful prop millie. They are in love.

So long as he refrains from flashing his old boy at parties. I know that’s a challenge, I’ve tried it before, it’s hard to give up.

@stryker 69 once famously said that Millie wouldn’t look out of place in our pack.

I’ve said all along this is no club for a rookie coach. We need a master coach to get us out of this state we’re. Bellamy, Bennett, even Robinson. They are the only ones who could truly turn us around. We’re too far gone for anyone below that level.

I’m quoting Blocker a lot today haha. But anyway, he and Brenton Speed were taking during commentary today about the possibility of Ciraldo taking the job, Speed was alluding to “if” Ciraldo would take the job, to which Blocker claimed that a rookie would take any job on offer. As if. He’s the most sought after rookie coach in recent memory. He’s in a pretty rare position where he can probably hand pick which club he wants to take a chance on.

Who are the next men up in the front and backrow positions from reggies?
Pole was solid today. Matamua was pretty good too. Nu Brown was the stand out - he reminds me of Feliti Mateo. Peachey was crap. Simpkins is OK, better than Liddle / Brooks experiment. MOM for me was Topou. His acceleration on the left side was impressive and his try was very classy. He is getting more confident and still only 19.

From a risk perspective definitely. Who knows if CC can coach or not. The 5 year call is pretty funny.

Honestly though I don't care. I don't see any coach turning us around.
So much expectation is being placed on him. Really being built up as the next big thing.

Bulldogs are in a bigger hole than us. I doubt Gus has much pulling power for CC.
I actually think it's about time and situation for CC.

It would surprise me if he came to us, what is needed is bigger than 2-3yrs which could be why 5yrs could be needed to seal the deal. He won't get benefits for 3-5yrs if we are serious about pathways maturity.
If Tigers are a basket-case, I don't know what kind of storage apparatus Bulldogs are, but I agree it's bigger and worse.

Dogs are making all the older Tigers mistakes - rash signings, lack of pathways investment, lack of junior development, poorly-credentialed coaches.

I think there is a general consensus that whilst Tigers are still not able to make a dent on the finals race, the club has at least become stable and viable off-field, with an increasing number of positive investments that could be expected to pay off in the future - e.g. the CoE, the heavy investment in pathways, the increased Football Ops spending. There is a light at the end of the tunnel for the right person to guide the players.

For Bulldogs - I have no idea, they are just stumbling from error to error. They are probably 3-4 years behind us at least. I don't know if Bulldogs have even settled their Board split issues, where Lynn Anderson won the ticket a few years ago to take control of the old Board, then she herself was forced to step down in 2020.
