Send a posse out to Panther stadium, tie him up and dump on the floor at Brydens reception.

Basically we have to hope that the Board and Justin filled his head up full of dreams and other bullshit.

That during one of visits, we hired a hypnotist to put him to sleep at coe and he’s programmed so that next Thursday at 12pm he says yes, but only if we offer him less than $120k a year.

We should have spent most of this year on the honey and blackmail trap, but I bet we didn’t.

Promise him the Samoan forward pack and Burto.

The old co incidental misfortune occurances, the wages clerk at panthers withdraws his salary from his account instead of putting it in “ accidentally” (because she’s on our payroll).

I’m happy to break down outside the Panther driveway and chuck the dogs over the fence during training and muck that up for him. Hopefully take a chunk out of Nates good shoulder or take off with one of Ivans crutches.

There was talk of a new contract prepared for him that would include a get out clause to move on if a head coaches role comes up next year or years after.

Anyone notice Kent’s Freudian slip when he commented following Ricios comments. He started by saying that’s the smart play next year rick… the tigers and bulldogs will be in their first year with a new coach etc.

It's basically standard for all assistant coach contracts to have a release clause for a head coach position.

Thing is he has a young family settled in Sydney's West and attending school. Chances are he won't uproot his whole family outside of Sydney anytime soon. Then there are clubs like the Roosters, Sharks, Manly who won't be sacking their coaches anytime soon. He won't go to the dogs with Gus there, then there's Souths who are only 6 months into their new coach and unlikely to flick him anytime soon. So then there's Parra, Dragons and us. Parras window is closing, will they sack Arthurs or stand by him for the rebuild? Somewhat of a longshot. Dragons and us left, I may be partisan but I say we're more attractive than the dragons at present.

is he ultimately happy to be the man in the background running training sessions for a few more years, or does he want to test himself as a head coach? What's the longest a coach has waited, being an assistant before taking the plunge into a head coaching role?

think if we land ciraldo then we also land Barrett as assistant. Not sure where that puts Hastings, perhaps he heads to Dogs and we get thompson

I heard seibold on radio yesterday and he urged fans to watch what Panthers do "off the ball"

Said it is amazing.

He is right.

You watch our mob on Sunday they were rushing up in defence at the start but then clock off and make dumb plays when the going gets tough.

All the dogs tries were an example of this.

The players just do not having a winning attitude and no 1 target to fix.

No doubt they are a very successful club - but there has been a lot of politics and propping up by the NRL to make sure a side in Vic is successful.
 
There's no doubt Wests Tigers are incompetent.

BUT are we any more incompetent then the very shows/journos that keep hammering us AKA NRL360??

Ive just seen a snippet of last nights show.....The headline... Tigers Hand Ciraldo a Deadline, followed by Dave Riccio informing viewers that Tim Sheens has rung Ciraldo and told him " there is no rush, take your time".

They deadset must get the quals out of the bottom of a cereal box.
