Well given the recent re appointments of the Sharks and Dragons coaches.
I’d say any coach from any team who has transitioned from assistant to caretaker to head coach within that club is on the chopping block.
Marry and John apparently didn’t have it they say.
How long does O’Brien, Arthur, Demitreo have to survive.
I’m sure of either of Parra or Rabbits don’t make the 8 with their rep player rosters there won’t be much patience next year.
Enter Ciraldo…

The more I read peoples opinions in the forum I get a mix of opinions and it's hard to disseminate fact from fiction.
I don't know if CC is the be all and end all but apparently from the panthers brains trust he's very knowledgeable and works well with the young fellas.
The idea the tigers wanting to put in an academy type environ for these young boys coming through which will take more than 2 years to see results is a good spin.
If CC falls thru I thought Morris having the same demeanor as CC could work even though Morris jumped on the end of Flanno's build at the Sharks which is what he has at the top of his regime.
I don't know why I'm not sold on flanno, it could the drug scandal which has lack a of credibility attached to it, I don't know, I mean that's all done and dusted hey.
Todd would be great. My question is did they talk to Todd about a possible takeover from Madge. Does Todd even want the gig in a year knowing the shite fight he could endure. He is however close mates with Sheens and should work with him. I don't know whether Todd will be avail next year so I'm not keen on an interim coach as I want to see success before I'm pushing up daisies.
I even thought about about an older calmer coach in ex bulldog great Dean Pay.
He appeared calm under adversity but he had the reins put on him.
I always wondered how he would have gone with a team that he selected and the support he needed. Instead they gave the next gig to Barrett who did diddly squat. After trying to buy a great team they sacked him.
What happens if the SOO is a clean sweep to Qld and Slater puts his hand up to coach. What if Freddy doesn't go to Dogs...would he go alright with us. I don't think those two will come to us.
What about "there must be an investigation" as a coach?
Taking into account how long it's going to take to get this shite show organised I'm now starting to hope CC gets a 5 year deal followed by Morris, but hey, as I said, I'm somewhat confused and annoyed.

U got to understand one thing about the panthers and there pathways . I coached under 15s and under 16s in the Penrith compo a few years back , they have so many kids to pick from , but what they did was always tried to get the best to play for two or three teams , st Marys , brothers or Windsor , thus working combinations. Parramatta are always there to pick up what Penrith don’t take and so should the tigers because there is so much talent there .

Parra maybe but Easts I highly doubt, under Trent they’ve only missed the finals once and this is their 6th season since they last missed the 8 now it is possible Easts might miss the 8 this year, but given his record I highly doubt they’ll consider getting rid of Trent if they do miss out this year

But he coached that junior set up to winning, not saying that’s why people really want him but it does give them something to look forward too, there’s really only 2 options Tigers will get for coach that’s next that’s either him or Morris, one of them will be the coach next year just don’t know who yet.

I wouldnt leave Flanno out either....we all know what this club is like....
Its the old "look over here,while they work over there"...

As far as I know, haven’t heard his name even mentioned as a candidate for next year, probably due to the peptide scandal, I highly doubt we’ll sign him as our next coach.
 
Imagine coming here to coach and having Sheens hovering around watching your every move.
It's a hard ask this job. Can't recruit the players you want without having to get approval.
