I still believe he should of given us a answer by now regardless..
I think we move on as NO player or Coach is bigger then the club and if a grown man cannot decide on a job offer in 3 weeks its a concern to me. Especially when its a job other crave and only 16 available..

The only other thing I can think of is that he has agreed to come and they are just working through the contract etc with the NRL. Also could be discussing players.

What is strange is if he decided not to come here the media would be all over this and FoxSports would have like 5 article out there already which might be a good sign.

Not sure if Kimmorley is doing better than Madge. We did beat the dogs convincingly and got a lot closer to Manly when he was coaching.

Reality is the squad sucks and no one wants to join a club that hasn't seen finals for 11 years and is run by a bunch of fools.

If Ciraldo doesn't take the job it excentuates the perception that coaches dont believe you can easily get under performing clubs off the bottom of ladder. We have thrown every thing at him to make us an attractive proposition except the essential ingredient - a decent roster.
If that doesn't make fans wake up to the fact that roster is everything I don't know what will.

Quite possible that CC is really considerate and doesn't want to disrupt the Penrith boys in camp with an announcement that he's leaving the club before they play on Sunday.

You are 100% correct. I also think it would be unprofessional to have a coach lined up unless you were promoting from within the club.

They seem to have a plan. We won't know if it works for a while.

In this instance I'd be ethical. When it comes to working within the cap or pumping them full of special vitamins I'd turn the other way.
