Wests Tigers Coaches

I’m glad the cc business is over.

If you were going to plan it all you’d only announce that Ciraldo was quite interested, if you already knew he was going to accept the offer.

Then you get your man and every one is cheering, victory parade and another “ turn around”

That’s how I would have managed it I think.

It would be interesting to see the terms for the new coach. Surely 5 years?

We shouldn’t really give the new coach lesser terms. We will, but we shouldn’t.

3 was always enough for Cameron, the 5 was too long and too difficult to get out of if he was a dud.

So in your opinion mate no one deserves a second chance to see if they have reformed ??
He could very well be just what we need...I mean we were prepared to give an NRL assistant coach 5 years and a heap of money with no NRL experience, but put a line through a proven NRL level coach who made a mistake but paid the penalty....just saying...

NRL head honshos dont agree mate....what your saying is your opinion only and your entitled to it....many players have had offenses put before the integrity committee and have still been able to continue their careers, why shouldnt Flannagan if he has done his time and paid the penalty,he didnt do it all on his own, their were others involved...

People seem happy to overlook the fact he's been banned from the game - Twice.
Not sacked from a club...
Banned from the game - By the game.

He's got a rep as a pig of a man - Who got lucky with a respected rep player who helped him build a team to win the comp.

His tough love approach here will see what's left of our squad go to water...

Yeah, he’s done his time.

It was all mishandled by the authorities anyway.

All thought they were CSI.

A lot of people smashed unfairly, people who trusted people, lives ruined.

Deals done for convenience not guilt. That’s the way a lot of these things go.

Complete overkill to set an example.

Very different from Xerri etc and other drug fuelled tools.

Ask Gal about it.

Flano is a free man.

Being an errand boy for Ivan = embarrassing.

“You cannot swim for new horizons until you have courage to lose sight of the shore."

Ciraldo doesn't wanna take that risk.
So be it.... hold the clipboard and get the coffee for the head coach.
Demps, the guy is not a dope, he's just waiting for the clot to kill Ivan and then he gets to inherit the Kingdom.

Media suck big ones! This is more on then us, seriously ho

Look I agree in parts, it would be better to be a bit more careful with vocalising everything. But I believe they were trying to show CC their

Sorry Morris is a train wreck waiting to happen, especially with us!!
To me it’s now Payten number 1, then Flanagan (he is exactly what this club needs).
Love the sheens bu
Absolutely. Not really disappointed we tried as it shows we want to be better.

I understand they're being transparent with supporters and maybe trying to create strong media relations. (Plus control the narrative a little). However for the simple fact we still need to recruit a coach and players, I hope we do what's always in the best interest of the club, particularly around our brand perception for retention and recruitment purposes.
I couldn't care less what other fan bases or MSM think or do but I want other players to ultimately see us as a destination club. The place they can get an opportunity to become the best player they are... or whatever it is that is their goal.
I honestly only worry about any further harm being done to our image and not being able to attract the right candidates.

So I'm only basically suggesting it's a double edged sword I hope the club learns to balance.

Maybe you do care Coshise, but Dank had something to do with it as well as the club Drs and med staff....
Flanno has paid his dues, hanging on to past discriminations does no one any good...I give you 100% for your moral principals but in the real world we must move on...How do we know he cant be just what we need if he has reformed and bring us back to the great club we were intended to be....
I didnt like Sheens coming back because of the turmoil he caused us through suing and dragging us through the courts, but I learnt to live with the decisions of the board...maybe therein lies the problem, not the individual...
I don't want Dank or the medical staff at the club either.
