Very happy to see Roberts back. Our right side defended better then it ever has when Roberts was playing earlier this year (never thought I'd say that about James). If reports are true he is running without pain for the first time in years, then Noddy had to bring him back in. He will play again next year and lock down that right side for us.

Isn't Roberts off contract.

What I've seen of him, which is limited, I was impressed by his motor and work off the ball in defence. Go forward looks OK, that will be his biggest challenge with the step up. But I watched him closely one day and loved his effort defensively.

Not overly big, more like a James Fisher-Harris size.

Happy to see the new youngster Pole get a run and the fighting for his future older Roberts as well.

Hope that they both play to their abilities, along with the rest of the squad, as we need a win or a decent performance at least.

Like most of the team . I think Fa’amanu Brown at hooker will open up space for Brooks. I can see a good game coming from Brooks. Also while i like JTJ , give Junior Tupou a run. Played really well in the telecast game for the Maggies. Fonua Pole a great selection & Dias would be worth a run as well.

Love JTJ but I suspect it is a case of him having to show he is worth keeping around.
I actually think Brooks is good at dummy half. Pity he's really a half back playing at 6 and Api is coming next year! 🤣

Our only excitement from now until September is to watch our young forwards and backs on debut or from week to week show us how they perform in 1st grade . If our pathways is to be our future then let's unlock the front gate and then start moving players like Tamou to the back yard
