If I had a lazy $50k and pumped it into WT, how would I benefit?
If you paid $$$ into the Wests Tigers Foundation, there's always the tax deduction.

Extract from Wests Tigers site:
"Donations to this project will fund programs and initiatives related to Elite Development, Community Engagement and Heritage."
So you pay the $$, the club then uses the funds as they see fit, you score the tax deduction and maybe higher profile networking.
Business breeds business.
Tigers breed a culture of losing that doesn't bode well with business types.
They want winners aka success.
Waste of time brown nosing with a losing culture thats a decade old.
Love Q&A, they focus on intelligent banter and don't belittle ideas. That's what a good forum is about.

If a boring echo chamber is what you want, I am sure there are other wests tigers forums out there for ya.
My guess is people have tried that, and come back here cause the love the banter.

It was until they kicked the punter out for voicing an opinion that went against the grain on Russia Ukraine. That show can get stuffed.v
Was better before Brydens and Lee arrived. We have managed to lose Meriton the largest developer in the country.
Harry turned his back on the club when he saw what's going on.
Harry was a Tigers fan, not a western suburbs one.

Harry know to be tight.
He just not going to put his money into the club if Tigers are only 10% shareholder. Western suburbs dominant board hell bent on destroying the Balmain side of the JV. Nobody dumb enough to put money into a hostile environment where you have no say.
Let Lee have his play toy. He wrecking the joint there will be nothing left soon anyway.

At best he's been a major sponsor.

He didn't get there by giving money away - And he's not giving any to us

He is also on deaths door. He is 98 years old.
He has done more the club than Lee ever will.
Harry knows the Balmain spirit is dead no point flogging a dead horse.
Everyone says Wests Tigers need to get an identity yet all these dinosaurs always talking about how many of which former NRL club do they have on the board . This has been destructive for 20 years . I would ask anyone on board are you Balmain or a Wests member any if they don't answer NEITHER im a Wests Tigers member PERIOD then get rid of them !
In 2006 following the 2005 success a great chairman and ceo would have organised One Club Nrl & Nsw cup ,one home ground as good as comm bank and a Wests Tigers leagues club next door or nearby . It would have taken vision and compromise and money . Which I'm guessing Harry T might have been willing to back as I know he likes building big
We would have been a rugby league powerhouse under that vision but with 2nd rate management my pipe dream remains just that!
