It's painful to say but Cleary is a good coach, no doubt. Scummy human for the state that he left the club in when he left, but a good coach. He managed to get the Warriors to the Grand Final (at our expense along the way) and his first run with the Panthers was crippled by injury.

Having said that, he is reaping the benefits of a system that was largely built by Gould so while a good coach, he isn't on the same level as Bellamy, Bennett or Robinson.

Robinson is a myth. How the hell are they outside the 8 with the squad they have?

He's been up for 9/10 years and will be there when the whips are cracking.

His care and respect for his players and the game is almost un-rivalled.

The Tigers have not put a deadline on Morris, but if he doesnt commit by midday Friday, they are going to look at other candidates. There will not be a public announcement about this one this time.
