OK I now know the Tiger management have been awaiting my approval for a coach and I have made my decision.. I have had enough of this media rubbish and as no one wants to take it on I select Sheen for 2 years and starting developing younger coaches under him.

I think it is madness to appoint Sheens. The way he was hired and then switched, the way they gave up on Hartigan and co halfway through whatever they were trying to do, the way they handled player recruitment, the way they supported the fox documentary, the way the offseason review was carried out was poor, the way the midseason review was done was terrible, the sacking of Madge was ugly and the coach recruitment process has put more pressure on our club and harmed the image of the club.

If all that ends up with Sheens as coach, it just shows that there is absolutely no direction or understanding at the top of the club. There is no plan, they are always reacting and desperately looking around for someone else to come up with a solution but they lack any conviction to see it through.
