Wests Tigers Podcast - Hosted by Helmsey&Eddie.

I want to see some light at the end of the tunnel but I can't find any. Sheens says "we need to sign Ferraris" but we haven't and we won't as it's too late. The Pathways plan merely buys them all 3 years to fix the mess THEY created. Another 3 years of no Semis and this Club will be dead. What Members will stick around for that?
I wonder whether Sheens' ferrari comment was cryptic - soon to sign the Forbes ferrari Staines

He spoke about this at the club on Sunday. Said still being finalised but should be fine. Spoke to 6 Juniors from the Wests side and 2 or 3 from the Balmain side where the focus was and they had locked down most and just finalising the last couple but was really happy with where they were at
Hopefully the Laulili brothers, Tahj Colqhoun, Lachlan Galvin, Jordan Miller, Tallyn Da Silva, Luke Keppie & Dudley Dotoi from Magpies & Alex Conti, Lipina Ata from Tigers for starters. And as soon as old enough the Large brothers must be a priority to develop!

Great to hear this news straight from the man himself! Did he name drop any of the other juniors? Or was it just Miller he mentioned by name?

Dudley Dotoi still seems to be the biggest mystery as to where he is playing/what he is doing. Took a bit to warm into the season, but was looking real good towards the end of the SG Ball comp.

- Does he see the future of Tommy Talau in the forwards?

Many believe he has potential to evolve into a hard-running line-breaking backrower or ball-player modern day lock (aka Yeo) given his junior years at 5/8.
I amongst plenty others I know don't see a future for Tommy in the Forwards....
He's too soft.

Maybe a 1 year extension to find out. I doubt any other Club will come calling for him post-ACL. A very talented junior rep player who came into grade very young by Madge. I'd like to have a crack with him rather than see him 'come of age' with the Storm.

My 2c, Cant be cranky at Adam, This is now a matter of Career progression and having the right people in the right job.

Also this rumour being shared makes me so angry, Its a private conversation.
Yea these leaks need to stop

If Hastings and Adam are our long term halves paring just Rip off the bandaid and let them build a combo to work on in the offseason

I can handle them being a short to mid-term option till we can recruit a marquee half. If they are the long term option we’re shot to pieces.

Depends where that information came from.
I personally find both stories concerning.
Adam has basically professed he'll play wherever the team requires him to, no complaints. It's been like this since he returned to the club yet it's often been taken out of context.
Then on the other hand, regardless if it's about Brooks or someone else, the fact sensitive and strategic information is being leaked seems completely undermining.
Indicates some possible (systemic) instability and we're unable to resolve disputes or manage conflict, at the club.

The sad thing is that it does make a difference for some, but only in one direction.

If one is not happy, tell the world, rather than through a single journalist on the basis of confidentiality. Just as the bloke that they malign, some simply to further the cause of that individual wanting his spot, had the balls to do.
