Isaiah Papali’i #265

His wise decision?
It was premature.
Well it wasn’t at the time because he was impressed by Madge and the club promise was that Madge would have a good season. Thus he survived last years terror inquisition.

But you called the Hartigan axing, I’ll grant you that. Your predicted sacking of Madge was only a round too late but if we pull off your predicted spoon, you deserve your own thread lol.

I’d like to know more about it, but obviously “ deep throat” the clubs notorious leaker doesn’t like Adam either.

One of the most powerful people in the club was axed and it’s barely mentioned. I reckon he could have been in the double dealing. That’s high treason and instant dismissal. The only offence against the club hated in equal measure by shills and critics alike.

I see a book deal on the horizon.

Boo hoo - every team has a turn at the bottom, and nobody was in a hurry to join Parramatta 10 years ago when they were collecting wooden spoons.

The problem is mate, he clearly doesn’t want to come here anymore, as illustrated by his very non committal and luke warm responses to direct questions regarding his contract with us. He hasn’t been taken out of context.
Why would he want to leave parra other than money, we offered more but now parra are juggling the books or tpa's so it seems.
Can't see them winning unless there is a madge clause but that would have been pulled by now.
I still think everything will be ok.

There’s only one of two ways this can go..
1. Papali’i joins us in the off season.
2. We terminate the contract. We have nothing to gain by going legal. More likely we dig ourselves into a hole.

If he doesn't want to come and agitates enough I think we can forget it. Clubs won't make players play for them if they don't want to be there.

Where there is fuel there is fire.

Just like to add that no contract should be broken and both player and the clubs involved ( club letting go and club receiving ) should be penalised if a contract is not fulfilled . I see just a big problem of what the dogs are doing (formerly Penrith ) under Gould in forcing players out and letting go of players early . To me this is just as big problem as players agitating to leave .

But my post is just in relation to point 1.
Would that contract be valid if certain assurances were made even if not written into contracts .

I can see one day someone challenging a contract they signed a year or two out before starting it .

For instance If they sold it as a experienced coaching set up and then say we are going to have a first timer coach could than not be grounds to make a contract invalid .

Just return to old June 30 deadline and these contract messes would cease

Where are you getting this info from, breaking contract ???
The meltdown is over IP's comments after the Warriors game when asked about coming to WT. He was very non committal in his comments to the point that some on here believe he ain't coming.

make him n offer it’s us or non syd team n if we agree a like for like swap only. He can decide . Big T or Fifita
