meh, not good not bad. If the reason for Panthers releasing him is cap pressure should negotiate with them that we will sign him on the condition that we also get either Leinu or Lindsay Smith

But we're desperate for a scalp of some sort..and if Laurie goes he can play fullback ...sort of
I'd like to aim higher personally than yet another fringe 1st grader..got about 30 already!

Not too sure if getting Staines would make any difference atm, can't see him getting and clean ball to do anything with, we need to sort out our forward pack then work out our long term halves.

I think Chrichton will go to fullback at the Dogs. Averillo has done a good job there though late this year. I’m pretty sure Shoupp and Kiraz were both die hard dogs fans growing up and Shoupp has openly said he never wants to play for another club. Both good young players, but I can’t see the Dogs letting them go.

Sure, Dogs will offload Shoupp to get Kikau, Mahoney, now Crichton and maybe Hastings as well as an upgrade for Burton all under the cap.
I know they have a few players leaving but geez, they're good at spending.

Got big money players too like TPJ, JAC & Thompson...

Then other duds like Allan, Burns, Flanno.
They're all getting paid.

They must be planning a huge clean out.

Phill Gould has given some shocking contracts in the past he had Josh man sour on a a big 4 year deal before he left panthers and he had rcg on a huge contract think it was 800 thousand a year

He is cable of stuffing things up hopefully we can come out on top
