All coaches are that to some extent
As an elite player(at least on the payroll)he definitely has "tasks"to accomplish,and shd be setting them for others as a so called leader
What is reasonable to expect on the $$ hes on?

Brooks is a good 7, not as good as we’d all hoped and I think that is the biggest problem. I just want the best 7 for the Tigers and if that’s a junior even better. Right now though we have another jr 7 who hopefully gets better with time, ready for nrl, and on 1/4 the amount of the current. The silver lining is with Brooks and now JH out for some weeks, we will all get to see how good Jock is and can make an informed decision on which half to keep. This 💯. It’s what I’ve been trying to say . Most of the brooks hate is based around the disappointment of what he isn’t , rather than an acceptance of what he is .
I hope madden becomes Cronk 2.0 I honestly pray he does because that means we are going to win a lot of football games .he’s just not that yet . And he’s not better than brooks in 22. Especially in defence .
 
So…. The last two spots. If the club (likely) promotes from within, whom do we believe are the best two ? Being in Qld don’t get to see the lower grades or pathways prospects.

Tumeth highly rated , how is that big prop we got from Newcastle ? Similar name matamua. Is his first name Christian? Apologies

Both boys should not be contracted. Liddle is next year and simpkin the year after.
