Adam Doueihi #227

Don’t be surprised if Doueihi DOES NOT re-sign with the Tigers….there is a high profile club out there who wants him…if you were Doueihi would you stay and play for a mediocre club for another 3 years or play for a club that will consistently make the finals….pretty easy decision, when you see what Moses and Tedesco has done post the Tigers

If only he was fast he would be the perfect fullback.

Not impressed with his kicking game inside the 30m. Tackled a number of times on the 5th tackle. Long bombs were fantastic.

Running game is strong. Although that comes at the expense of his back rower and centre never getting good ball.

Dreadful on defence. Made a few decent reads but ultimately overreads the plays which allows opposition playmakers to manipulate him and cause our defensive structure to fall apart. The try he let in was real bad. The contact just wasn't good enough.

Needs a NRL level halfback next to him to be able to function. Has no game managing ability. He sets up a play for his side, then goes to sleep and doesn't have Hastings there to manage the rest of the set.

Good player with a lot of flaws. Coming back from an ACL reconstruction so would expect him to be a lot better next year.

The thought of having Sheens and then Benji coaching you for the next 5 years would not be helping in keeping him here imho. The club really can only blame themselves in releasing/loaning players this year and that would not be helping with either our retention or player recruitment.
The game against the knights was a very poor reflection on where we are as a club,no organisation or depth in the squad and management who basically don't seem to care

I read that he wasn't going to consider his future until after the Lebanon games. He also commented about missing out on a Storm loan which didn't really sit well with me. I'm ambivalent about his future at WTs.

Good - over paying to keep local kids in a job playing inconsistent footy is why we’re where we’re at…. Done nothing in the game to think he’s in for an automatic extension any ways

There’s many reasons why I wouldn’t be supprised.

On the way out he’ll probably say he was pissed off for tigers not letting him play when he was ready after rehab 🤣

Nah you’re just deathriding him because you don’t like him, just like Hastings.

How did Brooks’ comments a few weeks ago sit with you about wanting to make a selfish decision?

Small town club

What will the club do with the under preforming players. Nothing
Out with the old in with the new. Don’t you want a load of quality juniors playing for the Reggie’s and possibly WT next year. Many in the current squads are on deadrow . Performing now is to late for most.
Not nothing.
