Scolari, Tauloga, Tumeth, O'Kane, Tupou are all players I am hoping we will see in the Top 30 next year. Matamua to follow the year after.

To be fair, if these guys are in the top 30 next year it bodes well for the future but we will be looking at another bottom 4 position in 2023

Was mentioned a few pages back that Sharks appear to be new cap wizards - they have a big test come November 1 they have Will Kennedy, Sione Katoa, Ronaldo Mulitalo, Jesse Ramien and Siosifa Talakai up for grabs -

Taken Ramien and Talakai any day of the week but we've gone and resigned the likes of Toa! Don't get me wrong, I like him - but he ain't a first grader standard centre at the moment.

To be fair most players they have retained wouldn't be breaking the bank. Nikora the exception. Smart work actually from them to sure depth/rotation quality players up before the finals because those players are normally the ones that bite after.

The others you listed everyone knows about them so they would have a fair $$$ value understanding regardless what happens in the finals.

Ramien will be asking northward of $500k for his next contract. He looks good in the Sharks' team where they all work as a team. He's pretty inconsistent and I wouldn't want WTs paying that amount for him.

Same, I struggle to see him as a NRL quality winger let alone centre, he is a good rotation/depth player but as a NRL starting quality player I'm not convinced. Hope he comes good but I struggle to see his upside past what he has shown already.

Maybe if we get some big boppers and we play a more expansive play we will see his upside more often, just not convinced he has it.

I repeat Sheens is coach , the only way forward to get the best end result out of Benji and Robbie.
I repeat Benji is currently , best described as a selector, hes the big man chasing players to fit his vision and hopefully for all of us he gets his men.

Maybe they thinks clubs like us and the Dragons are the only teams that can survive long term in the cellar and clubs like the Chooks and the Storm would go belly up if they had a extended time in the cellar due lack of interest. Just my cynical slant on things

William Kei - Gone. RMC player.
Jock Madden - Unsure where his future will be.
James Roberts - hopefully no contract offered moving forward.
Tommy Talau - hopefully the club offers T&T or one year deal or something.
James Tamou - likely retires.

I posted a few days ago I heard a whisper from two independent people that he is not interested in extending due the Madge thing and will leave the club at the end of his current contract or before if something can be sorted.

Not sure if it has leg , but he was very close to Madge, so the goss might be on the money
