I'm even prepared to forgive AD for that shit tonight because you can hide him a bit better at 5/8. Hastings at 13 and Brooks and AD as two 5/8's running off him works. Kepoa, Naden, Ken, maybe Tupou outside of that isn't too bad. And throw Klemmer and Lodge into the front row, we'll go alright.

It's good to hear something positive.

I hope you are right. How much is AD worth though. You could basically play another centre in that position and you'd get pretty close to the same output.

Brooks is clearly better than AD and walks into our top team but he isn't worth top dollar.

Would we be a better team with a quality 6 and Hastings at 7.

well yeah. Like the top 100 list that everyone has been quoting salaries from. Or the dozens of articles relating to Brook's contract value. Pretty much every time a new contract is reported by fox or in the papers they give an estimated value. You're right, but this is what we're stuck with so I'm trying to be positive. With JH playing that 13 role as he did, I think Naden running off him would be dynamic, along with him being an excellent defender. Same with Brooks on the other side. They're two guys you don't want thinking too much, just running the footy and passing to someone in support.

Easier to forget we're missing two of our better players - spine players at least...

Laurie can't escape criticism- he is incredibly weak.

Even with our two big signings for next year - we are still short a decent roster.

Sheens better wake up and get moving with putting a roster together. These guys tonight aren't good enough.

See *estimated value and then add guess third party deals plus paper bag payments, golf course bets and free soft drinks. In less than a minute I can find you an article where Brooks is on anywhere between $800k and $1.3 mil.

I'd go straight for Klemmer and Lodge. Pack fixed with just two signings ( along with Papi and Api ). I'm okay with Hastings 13 and AD and Brooks off him. Fullback though is important. I'd offer Dominic Young or some other big young winger with potential fullback money.

To think, we could've signed Hynes to play #1 instead... but we didn't even try.
