I know they are a frustrating lot but unfortunately this is what I think the NRL want us tigers supporters to do abandon our team. I have said many times that the NRL do not want us in the comp. We need to hang tough and not play into there hands by abandoning memberships

Problem number 1 for years has been our defence.
Sheens never coached it and benj never learnt it.
Sign a defensive coach. I'd go for Spud or toovey.

Ricky Stuart really toughened up Cronulla but dragged them to the spoon. I kind of wonder about Flanagan if he got enough defensive insight from Stuart.

If Parra fire Brad Arthur, IMHO greater then Sheens.

The storm are probably going to try and pinch someone good to continue in Bellamy's footsteps. Would be great if Bellamy gets the itch to coach again, but doubt that will happen (and it wouldn't happen for us).

Yes really difficult to recruit fair or unfair this "toxic" image is weighing us down .Tim Benji Robbie and co need to address this pointing out that action taken has made us now a happy harmonious club

Buzz is a pathetic journalist with agendas coming out of his pours. Everyone knows how ordinary our roster is. But him saying we losing 3 of our stars makes a iota of difference is rubbish. Firstly they aren't stars. Secondly with our roster we are pretty much where we should be.

Gutter journalism at its best. NRL needs to pull their finger out because bad publicity doesn' mean it's good for the game.

I'd go further and say it's all about the money unless...
I read an article about 4 year ago about player managers.
Not only does a good manager get top dollar but the good ones map out the players career.
The perception that a player goes to a new club for less money as being bullshite is not always correct.
Things like career progression...rep games, preferred playing position, coaching influence, location, lifestyle, family, future money upgrade, time in position. There were more but that's all that come to mind.
The big factor is 💰
Most players, unless marquee, are not in the game for long. The lesser players seem to take the best dollar on offer and longer term for security.
I would love to be a fly on the wall listening to managers and clubs during the interview process.
How good a manager would you be if you new what both clubs are thinking and what they are prepared to offer as a max. 🤔
