Has anybody considered that Gardiner knocked back an offer to coach the team
I've considered it now. I reckon he would have jumped at the opportunity.

He is a school teacher, full time NRL coach he didn’t want (even interim)…Has anybody considered that Gardiner knocked back an offer to coach the team
Lol I said a few weeks back he probably knocked us back.Has anybody considered that Gardiner knocked back an offer to coach the team
based on what teachers get paid versus first grade coaches I would find that hard to believeHe is a school teacher, full time NRL coach he didn’t want (even interim)…
Its fact..believe it or not (Ripleys)based on what teachers get paid versus first grade coaches I would find that hard to believe
30 years as a teacher probably upwards of $3-4 millionIts fact..believe it or not (Ripleys)
Who said this? With that attitude, looks like we have some great improvement in defence to look forward to 🙄I realise our incoming coach believes Sam Walker “is not getting paid to tackle,” “that’s not his job,” but gosh, you gotta admire his defence last night against Storm. He saved a couple of tries, and is looking like a GF style 7.
Anyone got access the the DT article? What Benji and Sheens can do to fix Tigers.
Not a worry, a lot can happen during the next 2 years. He could change his mind?Who said this? With that attitude, looks like we have some great improvement in defence to look forward to 🙄
Everyone seems to be directing darts at Sheens for losses since he's been here, I don't blame them.
What's his job ATM?
I refuse to believe Tim is just having a sauna at the COE.
One hope is he's hard it at getting the roster and recruitment ready for next year and that's his prime focus.
Next year he is responsible for the roster.
I still don't believe he's just sitting on his hands and he is on the payroll... isn't he?
What if he's been working hard and has had some success?
I don't know if the same applies to Benji and Robbie.
I think Gardiner could have had a more proactive roll in this regardless of him leaving.
The main thing I want is a good roster in 03 and if Tim needs this time to get it done then so be it.
Exactly. The forum needs to understand and trust this but do you blame them for doubting, NO.Tim, benji and Robbie have said what they can guarantee is they will leave no stone unturned from next season.
Sheens has specifically said he did not coach this year to prepare for next season which includes getting two rookie coaches ready.
The boys are working hard don't worry about that their energy is on next season and beyond.
