Which is a big reason I was hoping he and his poor attitude wouldn't return. His price tag would be the issue, not form, we signed him long term on good dollars

Agree. Youse ain't sheep you know. He’s 19 playing in a knock out final they loose Tedesco and he gets thrown in there what on earth do use expect?
Nothing changed much. Its a lazy observation from the commentators is all. Good players looks better with other good players around him - no way!The 9 commentators commnted how he had changed into a good, hard-working player since leaving the Tigers. He's still got mistakes in him but why is it that either he didn't want to work hard with us/ we don't demand players work hard?
I think if he trains there full time rather than thrown in there mid way into a finals game it might be a different story. After watching suaalii today he’s not a fullbacks arse hole , give me a ageing teddy any day of the week
Even if he is concussed he's still street ahead of anyone we've got, or likely to get in the foreseeable future. After watching suaalii today he’s not a fullbacks arse hole , give me a ageing teddy any day of the week
Yes 3 short but they must be really good onesI think our pack is three recruits short of competing with the good packs, providing we recruit the right types. Api and Pappi are good starts but not enough. If we're hoping that Stef and Blore will step up, that's a huge gamble. You'd expect Pole to continue to develop but it's still not enough.
Looking at the final games so far, our pack is light years behind every other pack. We're not even in the same galaxy. Assuming we can't do both, focus on forwards for 2023 and hopefully add some good backs in 2024.
He looks fast but so does Oliver Gildart - undoubtedly our most pathetic signing of all time.
Apart from the last couple of games where he was clearly tanking,I actually thought he had more impact with the ball with WTS...?Maybe Toddy has got him working hard in defence unlike Madge..Nothing changed much. Its a lazy observation from the commentators is all. Good players looks better with other good players around him - no way!
He is probably playing better for them because he generally does not play the whole game, therefore when he does play, he is playing at his peak. A lot of the so-called knowledgeable commentators dont even realise Tedesco first represented NSW when he was a tiger. They feel he did not become a good player until he went to the Roosters. He had already played 4 State of Origins games. Obviously, he improved with the quality around him at the Rorters. That was such a stupid comment. It was Vautin. He was consistently one of our best players. He is playing exactly the same way for them as he did for us.
I wish we'd kept him. Him and IP would be a great edge backrow combination.
Not exactly, he was consistent but poorly managed by Fadge. What a surprise, Toddy playing him off the bench and giving him the starting jersey, like I said Fadge should do! That was one of Fadges biggest issues not playing the players to their strengths and his bench rotation. Just shocking

He’s 19 and an athlete. Towers over everyone and gaining in confidence. After watching suaalii today he’s not a fullbacks arse hole , give me a ageing teddy any day of the week
Just about?100%
Joey just about coming in his shorts about him but he does nothing. He’ll also get suspended if he doesn’t stop lifting his knees into tacklers.
Lucky have have so much room in the cap to get the Cheese in there and paying for Mat Lodge next yearHe’s 19 and an athlete. Towers over everyone and gaining in confidence.
Imagine having both teddy and Suali and throw in Manu in the same squad! It’s not a one or the other for the roosters.
Swahili, or whatever he calls himself this week...will chase the almighty dollar in Rugby...Sualii will get a lot better, Teddy will only get worse
Thanks champ, funny stuff, I’m on the mushrooms. Pot meet kettle!Mate - you on mushrooms or something? Your memory is all over the place….
I remember plenty of times where he was blown after minutes into a game…
We paid him starting players money - so he starts… he wasn’t going to learn to be an 80 minute back rower off the bench despite being paid as one.
Funny that Nanai has been basically playing full games after his first 10 or so
Jason Taylor takes that title! He looks fast but so does Oliver Gildart - undoubtedly our most pathetic signing of all time.
