Wake up, plenty of teams do this with their more impact players e.g the roosters did it today with takiako today, as souths did with cook for years until he got more match fit!, south’s also do it with burgess etc, etc!
It’s about knowing your players strengths as I stated. Let me dumb it down for u, if Luciano plays 80 minutes he’s more likely to miss more tackle, let more try’s in and have less impact in attack if he’s tired. Then play 60 minutes and be better in all areas of his game, simples! Doesn’t matter how much u pay someone, if they don’t play well cause they’re not an 80 minute player…

Unfortunately Tigers haven’t had the cattle to permit their good players to sit on the bench for to long. These other teams seem to have rep players on the bench 🤔

Marshall, Farah, Ellis, Tuiaki, LaFranchi, Heighington, Halatau, Koroibete, Martin, Moses etc.
What is the common theme: most of them were selected and developed by Sheens.

What Moses played under Sheens? Martin is a stretch
(Considering he can behind Brooks and Moses who never played under Sheens)
Koroibete left in reserve grade - We found him, Bellamy developed him.
 
I think abit of praise has to be given to the new coaching staff they have managed to keep our best player from this year something that hasn’t been done for a number of years. We lost matterson after his breakout year then Josh aloiai after a huge year of been our most consistent forward. Convincing joe offa to stay after the year we have had when he was off contract is a great effort it gives me confidence in sheens and the coaching staff and I think we all forget he managed to extend stefano
 
He is ordinary. I think he gets talked up because some posters want to bag the club for poor retention. He is an example of good retention because we let him go.

And kept To'a and JTJ. Like keeping half rotten fruit instead of an apple with a spot or two.
 
I don't want anything to do with Lodge, nor my WT to either.

Always happy to let people make a mistake or even two, but this guy was way over the top and already rightly been sacked by our club. That after giving him a chance, despite him threatening his previous coach.

The guy went on to terrorise random people in the assumed sanctity of their own apartments in the US. Hell no.

I have no problems with our centres. To'a, Kepaoa, Naden, Tupou and potentially the rugby player or even juniors that may come through.

JTJ has been let go but I'd much prefer him to Momo.

Players like Momo might fit into a gun team because they don't make a lot of mistakes but even that is risky. He got burned on the weekend.

If we are talking about gun players like Holmes for instance then that is different.

James Tedesco won Dally M fullback of the year and had played two years of SoO before he left the Tigers so someone recognised he was a good player.

Some peoples memories fade with a narrative.
