Sorry - I couldn't wait until April 1st 2023.

The fact that so many Tigers supporters actually rate this guy - (who personally cost us two games in our colours) - is both an indictment on the IQ of said fans and the expectations of what a quality player is given some of the turds we have resorted to naming in the top grade!

Either way - I'll take a raw athlete with some size - speed & physicality over that powder-puff!!

Wake up, plenty of teams do this with their more impact players e.g the roosters did it today with takiako today, as souths did with cook for years until he got more match fit!, south’s also do it with burgess etc, etc!
It’s about knowing your players strengths as I stated. Let me dumb it down for u, if Luciano plays 80 minutes he’s more likely to miss more tackle, let more try’s in and have less impact in attack if he’s tired. Then play 60 minutes and be better in all areas of his game, simples! Doesn’t matter how much u pay someone, if they don’t play well cause they’re not an 80 minute player…

It’s ok - we all make bad decisions at some point.
So you’re saying we should have been playing Luc off the bench for impact… so who’s our starter - Kelma?

Massive game to be put in that position, played flat out also…
He won’t go backwards from it for sure….
His advisor might be a ways off thinking he’s getting a fb spot anytime soon though….

Yes, good point tonza, he wasn’t recognised as a good player until he went to chooks. At WT, he was an opportunist with a high work rate and high skill level.
At roosters he became an organiser, leader, game analyst. The natural progression of maturity and experience.
I honestly can’t recall a player we have developed to near their full potential? Woods, maybe?

Cmon man, you know he takes out the centre spot in our team of the century - did you know he’s an amazing goal kicker as well?
As well as being like a second coach on the field - he’s so smart!! that’s why all the top teams in the comp keep lining up for his signature!!

Seriously now, if the roosters are fit - he’s playing for the Bears… he’s been dropped a bunch of times this year already for lower than poor performances…. Robbo signing Gildart for the end of season should give the Momo fans a decent understanding of what the Roosters really think of him…
He’s in for a reality check in the coming season I would think… more game time for Flo and the boys.

I reckon it'll remain as is for 2023...
Then MAYBE 2024 they will re-assess and see how things are developing and if he's ready to take the #1

Then Teddy will get burned 🔥🐯
 
Is this a thread about bagging Mommers or the wtf fans of Mommers? Sorry I got bored a couple of sentences in on both posts. Good thread though.

At 19 Teddy wasn’t a NRL regular at NRL level let alone half the player he is today.

Would jump all over Teddy if the Roosters said he could have talks with other clubs.

I didn't see anything in his game that resembled a fullback.

Good player but not a full back.
