He is probably playing better for them because he generally does not play the whole game, therefore when he does play, he is playing at his peak. A lot of the so-called knowledgeable commentators dont even realise Tedesco first represented NSW when he was a tiger. They feel he did not become a good player until he went to the Roosters. He had already played 4 State of Origins games. Obviously, he improved with the quality around him at the Rorters.

Yes, good point tonza, he wasn’t recognised as a good player until he went to chooks. At WT, he was an opportunist with a high work rate and high skill level.
At roosters he became an organiser, leader, game analyst. The natural progression of maturity and experience.
I honestly can’t recall a player we have developed to near their full potential? Woods, maybe?

The fact that so many Tigers supporters actually rate this guy - (who personally cost us two games in our colours) - is both an indictment on the IQ of said fans and the expectations of what a quality player is given some of the turds we have resorted to naming in the top grade!

Either way - I'll take a raw athlete with some size - speed & physicality over that powder-puff!!

Cmon man, you know he takes out the centre spot in our team of the century - did you know he’s an amazing goal kicker as well?
As well as being like a second coach on the field - he’s so smart!! that’s why all the top teams in the comp keep lining up for his signature!!

Seriously now, if the roosters are fit - he’s playing for the Bears… he’s been dropped a bunch of times this year already for lower than poor performances…. Robbo signing Gildart for the end of season should give the Momo fans a decent understanding of what the Roosters really think of him…
He’s in for a reality check in the coming season I would think… more game time for Flo and the boys.

Sualii wasn’t Teddy at fullback but no one else is. Bit tough some keyboard warriors hammering him though. The kid oozes class and potential and is only 19.

At 19 Teddy wasn’t a NRL regular at NRL level let alone half the player he is today.

Would jump all over Teddy if the Roosters said he could have talks with other clubs.

I didn't see anything in his game that resembled a fullback.

Can't stand Teddy after what happened but he is an amazing player. When he went off for the HIA the Roosters started losing the plot.

I expect the media to stop building him up to be the next immortal. The kid is quick when he is in the open but apart from that he doesn't have much. Teddy's FB position is safe for the next few years.
