That was a weird loan given Pascoe says there is no salary cap benefit. He would have played more NRL with us.

I didn't see anything in his game that resembled a fullback.

Good player but not a full back.

He has all the natural gifts but needs to learn the tactical side of the position. In juniors he would just dummy and score tries obviously.

Curious to read some opinions on Xerri.

Good, decent sized centre, very fast (on the juice anyway!), but seemed like a bit of a tool to me.

I believe he'll have served his time, (so clean slate) and he'd be very cheap.

But in saying a clean slate, I think you'd have to be an absolute fool to use PEDs in this day and age (so wouldn't think about it) but interested to hear others' opinions.

I'd have him the moment he's available. WT do second chances for less talented players.

Might make it but players out of the game for a couple of years rarely come back as good as when they left.

Sandor Earl, Hopoate, and even Tim Simona are examples of this.

Matthew Lodge must be an exception then.

WT obviously can’t afford medical retirements or Packer / Ballin etc would have been paid out.

That was my understanding as well but after reading he had failed medical I was speculating his future.
Sheens obviously went the Simpkin route and along with the talented junior hooker( whose name escapes me ) I couldn’t see a place for JL.
Would be happy for anyone who actually knows to clarify if he failed or passed the medical .

What it says that even huge money isn't enough to overcome our fractured image . So maybe that's what Tim ,Lee need address first

Yeah I feel sorry for him and Simpkin thrown in and out of the team all season , obviously being blamed for our losses as no one else was being dropped , they have both gone backwards as a result , also our halves have copped alot , I can not see alot changing next year unless we get a couple of front rowers that will take us foward , so good luck Api

Compared to Packer and Mbye, he looks like an absolute bargain.

Remember when Tapines wife had a go at Sticky for not using him enough off the bench, she knew what he could do.
