Well look on the bright side it is now the truth in motion,you say it is nothing and that is exactly what the WT brains trust have come up with on regards to new signings NOTHING (mind you that is better than the last signing Tim made for us when he was here before a certain B.Anasta)

Disagree & agree Baga. Teddy is playing well however for this club to change for the better we need players who want to be here , not the ones who take advantage of the development that the TIGs give & showed there appreciation by bailing to the Rorters. Winning is more that just getting good players, we also need to build that good culture we had, & Tedesco has clearly shown is about money not loyalty. You clearly see the way Melbourne turn average players into borderline superstars & it because of their culture, not the natural skill of their players. I agree with your assessment of head office, winning starts at the top. We have a CEO who oversaw the shafting of Robbie Farah who would give his left nut for the club to be treated like a dog. We have a chairman who talks big & cowers when he has to stand up to the NRL. That Cowboys game debarcle was a defining moment for our club & could have been the turning point showing strength & fight from our leaders this club so desperately needs. Unfortunately our culture aint gonna change untill those two are gone.

Not to mention he’s in a contract year. I expect a good season from Brooks.

No-one would write anything because they'd think it was a scam - same as some think Papalii can just walk out of the contract he has signed.

Give it some time Tom. The club has signed a new coach who was recently promoted to head of recruitment because he can text with both thumbs.

I read a story saying the same thing
 
This is one I'll give the club credit for. By leaking the new 3 yr offer to Brooks they are saying to the Knights "Luke's value is 750-800k a season, if you'll pay that we can talk". That means we continue to pay him the gap for one year, but nothing like the amount we were reportedly up for previously.
Also if Luke accepts, he is signed closer to market value for 23.
