to be fair we have 3 hookers who he'd be competing with, whereas at the dogs he pretty much just has JMS. But given the way they turfed him out last time i'm not so sure he'd be so keen on a reunion.

My rationale was that I’m sure they discussed certain players and maybe Sheens indicated we weren’t going to try and keep him.

I personally don't think we need him. We have Api, Simpkin and Rua as hookers.
He was valuable to us this year when all we had was Liddle and Simpkin, but next year I'd like us to use a top 30 spot for a prop or a second rower assuming Staines is coming.

Not fussed if he goes he's a back up player state cup champion looked ok for us because we were rubbish. We have Api, Simpkin and the other youngsters.
I saw Nu as more of a hooker,half,lock sort of fill in cant be paying over the odds for guys like that. I guess we had a price take it or leave it, seems he left it fair enough not going to lose sleep over it.

Watched him live a few occasions this year.
