Musgrove for Sua?
Herman Tofaeono who was a schoolboy star for Keebra last year & missed a lot of this season with injury.Maybe they want our super junior props coming thru the system to fill his spot, please i have been watching and waiting for a solid front row forward for years and years to come from our system, not going to happen ??????????????????????????????
And Moses a pretty fair goal kicker as well. An area requiring improvement in WT.Big yes ✅️✅️✅️ from me for Mitch Moses.
He's improved over the years and has become a really well rounded player.
As the article says he solves our play maker issues.
Interesting these articles keep coming out, around us targeting 6s and 7s.... albeit is most likely speculation, it does make one wonder if Brooks or Adam are out the door....
A spine of,
1 Laurie
6 AD
7 Moey
9 Api
13 Hastings
Is something I really like the look of....
Also - losing Musgrove would be fantastic but we need some more hard forwards for the team asap, for 23 and onwards whilst our young guns develope.
Hopefully we can go to market and improve the pack.
I knew his brother Stephen. He played in one of my son's junior teams. He was a lovely young bloke - polite, respectful and a pretty good player himself. I believe Mitch is about to become a father shortly, that should grow him up in a hurry.Dahmer can't defend 😂
Moey is a different player and person now, I believe.
He's elite level within the the current day and be trumps any other option we currently have.
1m player though, can't have Brooksy on 1m also... makes for some interesting movements amongst our roster.
See what happens.
They aren't planning to give the properties to players, but use them as a revenue stream. Revenue that can be used on facilities, coaching, S&C resources and everything else - essentially throwing money at the football dept.Don't know Nick or anything about that.
But if it's given to the Roosters as an asset my understanding it would count against the cap if given to a player.

so out of your list of players which are Props, not middles?, and your time frame for this blessing?and unfortunately Utoikamanu, granted has been injured but has gone backwards. and Schoolboys is a lot different to the weekly NRL.Herman Tofaeono who was a schoolboy star for Keebra last year & missed a lot of this season with injury.
Chris Faagutu and Justin Matamua will be very good mobile middles.
Jordan Miller.
Add those guys to Utoikamanu & Pole.
I know where they came from.Sorry mate, do your research. Guess again. Nat Butcher played junior footy with South Sydney, Hargreaves with Manly, Collins Brisbane Broncos, & Tupou with Parramatta. Only Manu, Radley & Mitchell Rooster juniors & Mitchell wont have a bar of them. . Development club my bum. Cheating rorters .
The more we can offload or not re-sign who we know don't provide anything of substance to our mid to long term future is GREAT!
Peachey, Liddle, Kei, Tamou, Roberts, Gildart, Musgrove, Tuilagi, Garner, Madden (possibly others)
With the vacant spots & salary cap, we then be patient and fill these roster spots with our top juniors; players that fill a need and bring the required attitude, capability & leadership; or, elite players in spine/middle positions.

They have to stop making the same mistakes. Get rid of William Kei which is great but replace him with Triston Reilly. Go figure. Hope he comes good...The more we can offload or not re-sign who we know don't provide anything of substance to our mid to long term future is GREAT!

Sure, but last year we were missing Blore, talau and Douhi for the majority of the season.Outgoing from 2022 squad
Leulua ,Mikhalae ,Garner , Tuilagi , Madden , Liddle , Nu brown, Roberts
Tamou ,
Reggies level unsuccessfully tried in NRL
Dias , Freebairn ,
I'm hoping Pole and Matamua can develop eventually into top grade regulars
It will take time
Definite incoming Korisau ! Not convinced Papalli coming
So the squad that finished last loses 9 and 2 more not cutting it and we are gaining 1 maybe 2
So we start with spoon and are down about 10 so unless some Tim magic brings in a few stars we will be in a string of spoons .
Please please please. (Musgrove)From 'The Mole'
Benji Marshall faces the first crucial test of his leadership and diplomacy skills in coming weeks.
Benji is keen to bring local junior Mitchell Moses back to the Tigers from Parramatta and sees him as the answer to the club's play-making problems.
But some senior officials at the Tigers don't want Moses back - he wasn't a good fit at the club in his first stint there and he isn't a popular figure with Tigers players.
Only a few weeks back, he took a blatant dive when barely touched by Tigers debutant Justin Matamua, who was promptly sent to the sin bin and placed on report … and subsequently cleared.
Benji must weigh-up the other aspects that go into signing a player besides ability - the great coaches mould teams built on harmony and comradeship as well as talent.
Moses, meanwhile, has put talks with the Eels on hold until after the club finishes its playing commitments, and there is a big chance he will head to the November 1 negotiations deadline day unsigned.
Dragons eye Tigers prop
The Dragons are keen to sign Tigers prop Zane Musgrove for next season.
Musgrove is on contract at Concord for two more years but the Tigers may let him go to the Big Red V if the two clubs can do a deal.
The Dragons are desperate for more size up front - they lost Daniel Alvaro to French club Toulouse mid-year and Tariq Sims (Melbourne) and Josh McGuire (Warrington) at the end of the season.
To date, they have yet to sign a player for 2023 and there are few big men on the market, hence their interest in Musgrove.
To be frank, I’d prefer Woods over Musgrove and that’s saying something. I don’t care how aggressive he wants to look or think he is. He is not the player at 26-27 I want the team to look up to to lead the forward pack. He's no gun, But he's also playing in a super ordinary team....
He offers something a bit different to the likes of Stefano, Twal and Pole...
Improve the team 10-20% you probably find you improve Musgrove enough to want him around.
Props never used to come on until 27-28 they used to say - There's the exception to the rule obviously....
He's no starter, But I wouldn't be letting him go unless we're signing much, much better.
Especially if it's going to cost us.
Dragons are a weird one, They seem to be only signing players they can get with another club chipping in.
Hindsight tells us not many players in the squad progressed for the last few years
- Musgrove was out for a year before that...
I'm holding at this point.
ps: It's really tiring having most here assuming these "Kids" (most know nothing about)
are going to teach themselves the riggors of NRL.
